We had a wonderful stay in Marco and the house was perfect. It was extremely well maintained, comfortable and we loved the pool area. The location was close to the beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend this house and Peggy was very attentive and friendly.

This place has it all! It’s incredibly clean, beautiful, has a great layout for families, the pool is great with a very large lanai. The outdoor furniture is so comfy, we stayed there for much of the mornings. We had a problem with the stove and the property manager came right over. She was so helpful and took care of everything. The location is also ideal. You can walk to everything! We rented bikes and stored them in the oversized garage. The only thing I could possibly complain about it there is no beach cart but our kids are getting to the age where they can carry their own toys so it was fine. The beach chairs provided were very comfortable.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. There was everything from comfortable furniture and beds to a fully equipped kitchen and pool and beach chairs and toys.

This house is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, super clean, well-stocked with anything you could possibly need or want! The owner was very responsive and the location was amazing. Definitely somewhere we would stay again. Highly recommend.

this house felt brand new: very comfortable beds, all rooms with private bath, very well stocked kitchen, nice gas grill, 6 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, beach toys, pristine garage, coolers, 4 fishing polls-with extra tackle, comfy pool furniture, very quick heated hot tub, well landscaped & clean canal dock, stocked laundry room with detergent, stain sticks, bleach, fabric softener, etc. plenty of garbage bags and a drawer full of ziplock supplies in kitchen, freezer cold packs for coolers, ice cube maker in freezer. The only thing I would ask for is: more pillows in each bedroom and enough toilet paper in each bathroom for the entire stay. It was so nice to simply walk to the beach & not worry about finding parking for your car!

We had a great stay at Peggy’s home! It was a beautiful house with a lot of space to easily accommodate our family! It was incredibly clean, was very well stock with amenities/beach towels, and the outdoor screened in pool area was amazing! The extra pool/beach toys in the garage were also a big bonus to help entertain our kids. We will definitely be back!

This home was exactly as described. Upon arrival the house was spotless. The cleanest home we have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, couches, outdoor furniture and high end appliances made this stay perfect. Peggy was great to work with and very responsive. Plenty of great restaurants close by. Our family had a wonderful time and would book this home again without hesitation.

From the minute we pulled into the driveway and walked into the foyer, we were in awe of the spacious open floor layout overlooking the pool and waterway, the CLEAN rooms, the state of the art appliances and design features and the peace and quiet all around. Living in the lap of luxury, we really enjoyed the Florida sun and we rarely wanted to leave the house because it offered so much! Bedrooms were perfect, each with its own en suite. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities you would need for your stay. The pool and hot tub where we spent most of our time, when not at the beach, was our happy place. Lots of great restaurants within easy driving distance. The home itself was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, including TVs in every room and comfortable outdoor furniture around the pool. Manager was easily contacted for questions. High recommendations for this house.

The property was an A plus. The location was great. Walkable to some restaurants and very close to other restaurant and shopping. Peggy was very responsive to any questions we had. Look forward to returning again in the future.

Couldn’t ask for any more in a vacation home…perfect location, beautifully kept and well stocked from beach chairs to fishing rods. The hot tub and dock (fishing) were a hit with our three young adult children. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend.

This home was absolutely perfect for our week long family trip to Marco Island. The house is beautiful and very well-maintained. The lanai space with pool/spa and ample seating for lounging and dining was perfect. We spent most of our time in this space. The location of the home is incredibly handy for beach access and is also close to all the spots we chose to eat out. The house had everything you would need for a great beach stay! Highly recommend!

My family rented this home over the Thanksgiving holiday. We are frequent renters of vacation properties, and this home is a top place. Everything is in brand new condition, and furnishings/fixtures are high quality. The pool was great, the location was excellent, just overall a highly recommended vacation rental.

This house is awesome! It is in brand new condition. The location was incredible. The dock is huge and we had a blast out there catching snapper! Beach access is about a half mile away. There were 5 of us on a guys fishing trip. There is a huge tv on the lanai so we could watch football while enjoying the pool and hot tub. The entire first level opens to the screened lanai and it’s just fantastic for a gathering. Peggy was extremely responsive and made everything very easy. I’m already looking to book again in 2022.

Annually we take our 3 oldest grandsons on a trip. We picked Marco Island for fishing & beach activities. We were EXTREMELY pleased with this property. The boys enjoyed the pool & I the hot tub. My oldest fished the canal. We rented a go cart for cruising to beach & putt putt. Amenities of house were perfect for wife & I wish 3 boys!

We’ve stayed at many rentals all across the country and this was hands down the best one. This was perfect for our family. It was big enough for us to all have our own space but also plenty of room to hang out together as well. The house is literally a dream. Very modern and great touches. The whole outdoor area was amazing. The pictures actually don’t do it justice.Being right on the water was great too. We were able to see the fireworks right from the patio. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Close to the beach and tons of restaurants. What more could you want?!

This gem of a property was nothing short of perfection for my family for a full week. It is BEAUTIFUL and still smells new! As you drive up, there’s a 3 car garage and u-shaped driveway which means we were easily able to park 3 cars in the driveway with room to spare. The keyless entry made it so easy to come and go from the property and not have to worry about keys. The floor plan for this house was well thought out. We had 6 adults and 2 kids in our group and we were very comfortable and able to spread out in this property. Every bedroom has it’s own full bathroom and the beds (even the murphy) were very plush and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and all 8 of us could sit at the dining room table; on a side-note, for our coffee-loving group, the Keurig was nice to have in addition to the regular coffee maker! The enclosed pool/spa/patio area was pristine and one of the highlights of our stay. The pool is on the smaller side but was perfect for the 8 of us & we enjoyed it immensely! One of the features we loved on the patio is that there's a solar canopy you can pull out over the pool to keep it shaded from the scorching sun (like a giant umbrella)- we didn't even need sunscreen! The patio has ample and extremely comfortable seating. We lounged around on the patio, swam, napped on the patio, swam some more...you get the idea- it was heaven. We had planned to go to Naples to the zoo and botanical gardens but we loved the pool area so much we just stayed at the house! We loved the modern upgrades in this house, too, like the automatic roller blinds in the living room and the light dimmers in so many rooms. Our most favorite thing we experienced here, though, was renting a boat and bringing it right up to the dock! We wish we had rented a boat for the entire week as there are so many places to explore by boat... if you decide to rent a pontoon, Gator Boat Rentals worked with us better than the others were willing to- just saying! We had the best time on Coconut Island looking for shells- accessible only by boat- we had it completely to ourselves on a Friday! Peggy was so easy to work with and very responsive to questions. You’ve outdone yourself on this property, Peggy! It’s simply divine! This area of Marco Island is so quiet and the ultimate place to unwind and relax. We can't wait to rebook and visit again in the future!

Was perfect for a quiet getaway with a few couples! Home was new and beautiful and well appointed. Beautiful new pool right on the water. Location was minutes from the beach. Peggy was responsive and helpful.

Property is wonderful. The pool and hot tub are a great spot to come reset before venturing off. Highly recommend going to the beach at sunset - we took amazing photos. Lots of seashells to collect at low tide. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We rented a 6 person golf cart to get around which our kids loved. Definitely would stay at this property again.

Relaxing, beautiful house. Wished we could of stayed longer. Pool not real big but great for us. I would definitely recommend this property.
