This property and unit were absolutely gorgeous and just steps away from the ocean and amazing sunsets. The checkin process was super easy and our host was easy to reach. They provided great local recommendations. I wouldn't change a thing, from coffee on the lanai with a view of the ocean to the recent upgrades to the unit there was not a single thing that I would have done differently. The bedroom setups with private baths were appreciated as we were two couples traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked for the couple of meals that we did cook. Otherwise, so many great dining choices close by. We will definitely stay again when visiting Kauai.

We had a wonderful time staying at the beautiful property right on the ocean. Enjoyed oceanside hikes and swimming in the pool everyday. Perfect vacay spot in the heart of Poipu.

We had a very nice time in Kauai and we really enjoyed Steve and Kristen's condo. It's obvious they take great pride in their place. They were great hosts. Very helpful and responsive, both before and during our visit. And Wendy had the place spotless for our arrival. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. Location was great. Close enough to action and attractions, but very relaxing and calm. We definitely will return to Kauai, and we definitely will look for Steve and Kristen to be our hosts.

This condo is better than advertised. It’s up-to-date and beautifully renovated. The proximity to the pool is perfect for children, and the views are spectacular. The owners are responsive and eager to please. I highly recommend this property!

Great property close to everything in Poipu. We were attending a medical conference and this was far better than staying at a hotel. The owners were great in communicating with us. The complex does not have AC but the owner has in-room units in the bedrooms, which work great. We used Instacart to stock the kitchen and even found an amazing mobile massage service. We highly recommend it.

My parents, husband and I stayed at Steve’s awesome property in Poipu. The property was even better than in the photos. The unit was lovely and well-appointed and the community was beautiful and peaceful - the grounds were well-manicured with stunning views of the ocean. Communication with Steve was great! He always responded promptly and in a friendly manner.We can’t wait to go back!

Our 2nd time in area, we wanted a view of ocean, bigger space, and less crowds this time. This condo is fantastic: large, AC upstairs (great breezes ground floor during day), nice kitchen, patio with table, welcome beach gear (even snorkel gear), walk 10 min south to beach or 10 min to north for snorkeling at cove (turtle hang out, we saw 8 up close) private parking spot, new upscale washer/dryer, 3 bathrooms w/ showers, & view/sounds of breaking waves. Hosts were A+ on communication & flexibility. Price is good for area. We hope to stay again!

Steve and Kristen were so lovely and accommodating. The unit had everything we needed and more! Loved the extra bed in bedroom two to accommodate our three teenagers. We are now in Maui and they can’t stop talking about their stay at Kauai Poipu beach!! Thank you so very much for sharing your home.

The condo was clean and laid-out as shown in the photos. The view of the ocean from the condo was better than the photos show. The condo pool is small but was never crowded so felt plenty big. Convenient location. Steve was a very communicative host. Overall, it was a very easy and comfortable stay.

Beautifully decorated, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, incredibly clean, perfect location, the sunsets are amazing, the pool was perfect for a hot afternoon dip, the grounds are stunning and the communication with Steve was always quick, helpful, kind. Amazing unit with everything you could ask for. The unit was clean, organized and perfect for the 5 of us. The pool was clean with an incredible ocean view! Communication with Steve was flawless.

Stayed 8 nights at this property. It was everything that was described in the property description and more. Wonderful location with about a 6 minute walk to the beach. The property provides beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. Also, several restaurants and shops were just a short walk away. From check-in to check-out, everything about this place was great. Overall, you will not be disappointed renting this property.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Kaui. The communication from Steve and Kristen was very helpful from booking our condo to leaving the island. The condo was beautiful with breath taking views of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the ocean anytime of the day. The pool is very kid friendly with shallow areas. The property was clean and newly updated. The communication from the owner was awesome. From the very beginning he provided helpful information all the way through check out. The location of the property was just as pictured. Great view, very well stocked, and great location. The only two points of feedback is, the kitchen needs some new pots and pans. They are flaking and need replacement. The dryer did break on the last day. Although we air dryed our cloths with check out being so early and our flight being so late we had no choice but to leave with wet cloths. But that’s really no fault to the owner, appliances break with no warning. Overall the stay was perfect for the trip we needed. Thank you for the great communication!

Well maintained unit and grounds. Staff was courteous and responsive to our needs. No beach in front of this development but it is just a short walk.

Huge space, with large living room overlooking the pool and a slightly indirect view towards the ocean; a living room; and a large and functional kitchen. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with lots of privacy, and a 3rd full bathroom downstairs. Beds comfortable, good water pressure and plenty of hot water...really, no complaints at all about the interior.Location is mostly good. Located across the street from the ocean, every evening people line up along the wall in front of the complex to drink wine and watch the sunset. About a 10-minute walk from the "Sheraton Beach" which is a great sunning / swimming beach, in the winter the water is almost always safe for swimming. About a 10-min drive from the Poipu Beach Park, the largest beach in the area. Not much within an easy walk - it would be about 15-20-min to the nearest shopping center - but only about a 5-min drive from lots of places to eat, Long's Drugs, supermarkets, etc.Management great - sent over lots of information, always accessible, very reasonable check-in / check-out process.Would definitely stay here again!
