Lovely and spacious place with the comforts of home, great location.

Well maintained, plenty of room, AC and washer/dryer a must for a pleasurable stay. Would stay here again.

Our family had a great stay here. There were four parking spots for building 25 residents, and you can park for free in one of those four designated spots. We really appreciated the thoughtful, homey touches like the stacks of Kauai guidebooks, decorative pieces, tea bags, coffee, and all the cooking essentials in the kitchen, and large drying rack in the back for our towels and swimsuits. It was extremely clean and roomy. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Wi-fi worked well for us. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the unit. I contacted the owner ahead of time and was informed they don’t provide laundry detergent; however, previous guests may leave some behind which is the case for us. They only provide starter shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each of the bathrooms, so if you are staying longer than a couple of days, you should consider bringing your own or plan to buy some locally. We also took full advantage of the lanai closet stuffed to the brim with snorkels, fins, three beach chairs, a beach umbrella, water shoes, coolers, and pool noodles. The only downside was that there weren’t a lot of restaurant options nearby that were open when we needed to get dinner between 5-7pm. The Foodland in the Princeville Shopping Center right by the entrance to Princeville was nice, but we had better luck driving further west to the cute tourist town of Hanalei to kayak and paddle-board on the Hanalei River, which ended up being one of our favorite activities in Kauai. Anini Beach near the rental was very peaceful and would be a great place to bring a packed lunch. All in all, we had a wonderful stay here.

Nice well stocked condo that was perfect for my family of three. Located close to a market and within walking distance to Wyllie's Beach. Beds were comfortable and there were coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear to use which was great. Small gripe is that back main bedroom got hot in the afternoon and was tough to cool down by bedtime even with ac unit. It wasn't that big a deal and all in all we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

This rental was perfect for us. I must have A/C and this did not disappoint :) Comfortable beds, bath rooms were very nice. Kitchen had all we needed. Both lanais were a great place to relax. Mahalo!

Condo was so clean and very nicely decorated Good location. A mistake I read when I booked I thought it said sleeps 6 and it only sleeps 4. My 27 yr old grandson had to sleep on the couch. No worries he was fine. The pool was closed for maintenance and the beach is not accessible. But as for the condo and host they were beyond wonderful. Games to play lots of beach gear very fun place to stay. Jana has thought of everything a family would like to do just relaxing the day away. Great deal for your money on the North Shore. Well maintained and fully stocked (snorkels, fins, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach bags - everything!). It felt like home.

Great location, quiet community, well-supplied. We had a problem with tiny ants that were everywhere in the kitchen from the moment we checked in. It was a Saturday and we immediately called and left a message with the property manager. Ants also in the bathrooms. Suffice it to say that the property manager's communications were terrible and reflected zero interest in addressing the problem. On our next to last day, someone finally offered to send a maintenance person over to take a look, but we did not want to interrupt our last day as we already has adopted strategies not to leave any food item unsecured.

My sister and I want two equal bedrooms and two equal bathrooms because we split the cost and want equal value. This home delivered. We particularly enjoyed the owner's personal touches with decor. The two lanais gave us comfortable spots to take in the lovely Kauai weather. The kitchen is large and well stocked with equipment, and the air conditioning was refreshing on hot days. That "short" hike to Anini isn't for everyone, though. It's steep, slippery when wet and twice as tough coming back up! The drive to Anini is only 10 minutes and it's a treasure for swimmers and snorkelers. The home was clean, the washer and dryer worked great and Evan was very responsive to our questions and concerns. It's a winner!

Love the condo!!!

We enjoyed the condo and it’s proximity to Wyllie beach and walking trails along the golf course. The staff were very responsive when our wifi didn’t work. Only complaint is to provide more paper towels :)

Visited for 10 nights and it was clean, comfortable and had all we needed to feel at home while away from home. Very comfortable beds, nice showers, air conditioning, w/d in unit, good location for North and East shore beachs and towns. Had a slight problem with cable but it was quickly rectified by prompt responses from Jana.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is nicely furnished. There was everything that you would need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of square footage. The only negative I can find is that the pool seemed small. The fact is that the North Shore has so much to see and do, that we never used the pool. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Tips: If you want to park at Ke'e Beech or hike the trail, you must pre-pay for a parking space on line and they sell out fast. Check the park's website.

Let me start by mentioning Jana's condo is perfectly located for any North Shore adventure! We were 10 mins away from Hanalei and within minutes of several beaches. Though we tried to get what we could at Farmer's Market's, it was so nice to have a Foodland just 3-5 minutes away. The condo is just 15 mins away from Kilauea. Jana's condo was perfect for our family (three adults and a toddler)! I loved being able to prepare breakfast and dinner in the kitchen (which was fully stocked with cutlery, pots & pans, and some small appliances). From my perspective, the Master bedroom is larger than the listing photo. I was pleasantly surprised! In the master, there are beautifully high ceilings with windows that make the room feel spacious and open. And the king size bed was extremely cozy and welcomed after a full day chasing a toddler around the beach. Also, there was plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases in both bedrooms. We stayed at Jana's condo in May, so we didn't need the A/C in the living room too much, but it sure was pleasant to have it available in the bedrooms (esp at bedtime). The condo was immaculately clean when we arrived and because of the dishwasher, outside drying rack and in-unit laundry it was easy to keep it clean. And, we LOVED having breakfast on the front patio, esp on rainy mornings. Very relaxing! We truly felt so comfortable, safe and welcomed in the space. I would highly recommend this space for small families or couples.

Lovely place, well-equipped, great location.

The condo was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. It had all the amenities of home to include dishes, washer and dryer, soap, beach towels etc. The only thing we had to shop for is food. Only a few tv channels which is fine as long as you are out adventuring every day. Adequate parking. Would definitely stay here again.

It was nice to have some beach chairs to use

We enjoyed our stay at this condo-it was very comfortable and spacious. The setting is very quiet but no ocean view. It was easy to function in the kitchen to prepare meals and was a plus to have a washer and dryer especially after our hikes! We paid extra for the air conditioner in the living room since most days were very warm and humid which we are not used to. If you don't care about the ocean view I would highly recommend this condo. The manager and owner were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. There was a problem with ants that was taken care of and the TV's were problematic but should have been resolved by now. Aloha Sue and Norm

First of all, the photos don't do it justice - the condo is really lovely and very spacious. There was plenty of room for three adults. The unit was very well-appointed - lovely decorations and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was very well-stocked - all of the needed appliances, plus lots of dishes, plastic storage containers, foil, some spices, dish soap, etc. There was a lot of beach gear - chairs, beach shoes, coolers, and more, all we used. The linen closet was well-stocked. And we definitely appreciated the washer and dryer. The location is great - shops close by, Princeville restaurants and bars, and also easy drive to Hanalei. We sat on the patio most mornings and evenings, listening to and watching the birds. The pool is smaller than we've been used to with condo communities, but deep enough to jump into, and plenty of furniture. Jana was great with communication and responding to questions. I can recommend the property and hope we can return soon.

This place was an amazing rental and Jana was very good at responding back to me. Our trip was right around the time hurricane lane passed through and Jana answered all my concerns with the traveling and road closures that could possibly happen. Whenever someone asks us about our trip we are speechless because there are no words to describe the beauty Kauai has to offer. This place was in a perfect location for us to explore the island, especially if you love the north shore. This was our first visit to kauai and we are so glad we got to experience the peace and tranquillity of the north shore. The kitchen was also well equipped to prepare all the tropical fruits we bought daily, we probably ate a pineapple and papaya everyday! We will definitely return again. This was also kid friendly, I don’t think it had cable so we watched some of the DVDs that were available, but it was great to unplug and not watch the news for awhile. My 3 year old was so happy to have buckets and water toys to take to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful vacation, we can’t wait to return! -Gonzalez Family

Gorgeous condo and enjoyed everything about it. Would not hesitate to return. Clean and spacious

The poperty is well located with walking distance to the supermarket and has all the amenities. The apartment though is due for some serious and deep cleaning: kitchen pots, plates, utensils, etc.; linen is pretty old and does not feel clean, etc. The owner is very nice and accommodating.

Lovely place with all the comforts you can wish for. Proximity to beaches , especially Anini Beach was an added plus . Hanalei is a must , and only a 15 min drive away just a shame that the road to the Na Pali coast was closed due to the floods, but another reason to come back next year. Highly recommended.

It is cozy, well done, perfectly managed house, clean inside and outside, outdoor area is amazing, it is one of those houses you can fall in love with.
