Winter park is absolutely amazing.

Got zero assistance when it was needed. The house was 80° when we arrived, because nobody could be bothered to open the windows prior to our arrival. The temperature of the house did not normalize until the day we left. The way that the property managers are choosing to cover up the smell of musty carpet is to improve the house with a horribly chemical floral smell that gave me a migraine.

Location, view, ski in / ski out

Host does not supply wifi for the TV, in the modern world this is the first time we have ever come across this in any rental stay for years... Since we were skiing all day it hardly mattered, but if you plan to watch TV bring your own hotspot

Loved the location. Nice view for the most part.

Price was high considering that wasn’t very busy. Screens would be good on windows. Very few bugs but had couple come in with windows open to cool the place.

The property location was great and it was clean. However it lacked lights— the interior was incredibly dark.

The rental company, Vacasa, had terrible customer service. We asked for an additional key and blanket, they were cordial on the phone and promised both, but never delivered either. Apparent they don’t realize that customer service isn’t just about being helpful on the phone, it’s actually about delivering on the requested service. I will never rent from this property management company again.
