A beautiful property in the ideal location. Property manager is outstanding and extremely helpful. We struggled some getting tv apps to work and he was able to figure out a quick, temporary solution. Make sure you bring all necessary paper products and that if you need anything specific in the kitchen beyond the basics you bring it with you. We’ve returned multiple times and love the comfort, views, and location.

Lovely recently remodeled condo with two lovely balconies overlooking the ocean! Short walk to shops and restaurants and nice reserved parking next to building.

The two balconies looking over the beach are relaxing, comfortable and perfectly located. The beach is out the door and across the boardwalk. Very convenient . Condo had plenty of space for five adults and a toddler.

This is a beautiful and spacious condo right on the boardwalk. Very close to everything on the beach with wonderful views. The property manager was very helpful and always available if we needed something.

This was place was in great shape and quite spacious. We have no complaints. Property manager was very responsive, the place is quite nice inside and the location is perfect. On the boardwalk but closer to the end so away from the crowds. Easy walk to town and enjoyed the lake nearby. Would definitely stay here again

This is our second year at this property. We love the ocean front location and the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It’s a short walk to town and to many fine restaurants. Always enjoy it here. Thanks to David and his team for being gracious host.

This modern condo is right on the beach with beautiful views. David was very responsive when we had a problem.

aside from a couple glitches, which we figured out, the stay was as good as it gets. The condo is very spacious and the balconies overlooking sea and boardwalk is the best. If you like to cook, you might want to bring your favorite utensils and maybe a good skillet. There are nice pots with lids, but silicone or steel is a bit much to expect. I also missed having a toaster oven, but there's a pop-up toaster that works fine. Overall, high marks on this property and Dave Clarke for actually meeting us upon arrival. beds are comfortable but arrangement of rooms are less than ideal for adults not married. The back room is set up for kids, one huge master with a smashing en suite and a private queen bedroom. but accommodation for 8 is assuming beds can be shared. having three bathrooms is wonderful. Also, brand new appliances including washer and dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The oceanfront views can't be beat. The location is on the boardwalk and a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The building is secure and quiet.

We had a very nice week at this property. We parked the car and didn’t use it all week - we were close to everything. The property appeared to be brand new with many high-end appliances and an amazing view of the ocean!

Beautiful, updated Condo overlooking the ocean. Two balconies to enjoy evening sunsets or morning sunrises. Great location easy walking to restaurants, the beach and Rehoboth Avenue. Totally enjoyed our stay at this property.

We enjoyed the absolute change of scenery and watching the dolphins each morning. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner, or for ice cream, or choose to cook for ourselves.

The condo was well-appointed, and the views from the living room and master suite were breathtaking. Perfect location - on the boardwalk, with a short walk to shops and restaurants. Only 1/2 mile to the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center, so it was a perfect place to stay while attending a conference. Pet friendly, and a gorgeous park across the street with walking paths. Would highly recommend staying here. David was fantastic, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect location and great condo. Beautiful views of beach and great living space. We cooked most of our meals in so appreciated the kitchen appliances. As others have mentioned- no blackout curtains so we were up early. Worked to our advantage because beautiful sunrise right from our balcony

This was a fantastic beachfront property. Just as listed, if not better. Very clean, nicely appointed condo, two floor. Very comfortable. Beautiful artwork throughout the condo and in the building. Balconies overlooking the ocean. Property manager, David, was fantastic, and helped us out with a few things. Will be staying here again.

Stunning views from the master and living room. Fantastic location. If you’re looking for completer darkness when sleeping, that might be tough. Sunrise happens directly into the master, which is really a plus b/c it’s gorgeous. Middle bedroom has a skylight that makes getting complete darkness tough in the morning. Regardless, you’re at the beach, so get up early.

Our family of four spent a wonderful weekend enjoying the ocean views from both balconies, walking on the beach, and walking downtown to visit restaurants and shops. The apartment is beautifully renovated and furnished and just minutes from Rehoboth Ave. Communication and check-in were clear, efficient, and gracious. We hope to come back!

Spent a little over 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays at this beautiful property. We found it incredibly relaxing and peaceful. So much so we stayed an extra day. It was hard to leave. The sound of the ocean waves lulled us to sleep every night. It is walking distance from downtown Rehoboth which has a great shopping and food scene. Check-in couldn’t be easier.
