I informed the customer service representative my name was spelled incorrectly. She never changed to correct spelling of my name which is Le'Roy Smith-Bey. Instead she put Leroy Smith- Bey which irritated me. At check out I informed the customer service representative and he never corrected the spelling of my name, however on my Visa Debit Card my firdt name is Le'Roy is stated on the card.

When you first walk in you are greeted with a strong food smell. As you walk to your room the then food smell immediately turns into a mildew moldy smell. When we went into our room, the room had the same smell. The sheets were stained and damp. The wash clothes and towels were also old and damp. Our room was cleaned and replenished with wash clothes and towels our last night. But we quickly learned that they do not replace the old sheets with fresh clean ones. They just replace the same sheets again. The last thing part of our experience was insane. We discovered there was mold growing under the table in the room!! This would explain the moist feeling in the air. It sucks because the employees are very nice.

Chocolate milk from baby bottle spilled on sheets I was accused that it's was blood when asking about 50 dollar refund.house keeping didn't make it around after the first 2days of the week stay,which was not the problem but staff told me I was hiding sheets by stripping beds,the towels I put in a bag over the weekend staff didn't like that I done that either and place in restroom and trash was gathered nicely, refrigerator cleaned,and manger said it was trashed I took pics of the room he quickly gave me back my refund ,as a pass housekeeper I was helping and I only asked for refund to tip the housekeeper.friday Saturday and Sunday the plumbing backed up in tub and sink,we didn't cook only used stove for tea in the morning.a females staff was very nice and a new young male staff very 👍 nice,but one staff was very rude, disrespectful and unkind upon check out. Oh coffee machines never worked on any day and the vending machine was down as well.nice quite place tho and around lots of things to do.

Absolutely nothing

This location is horrible! The bed sheets were stained, shower curtain stained with blood! The whole trip my son and I were joking about roaches, on the last day he was using the bathroom he looked up and saw a roach, then when I came in it had crawled into its hole. The staff seemed clueless and a child working in the laundry room. OVERALL THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE!

Nothing...because even though we made reservations, when we got there they didn't have any roots. They referred us to there "sister" hotel. The Days Inn. And that was the saddest hotel stay I've had EVER. But that's a separate post.

Hair and permanent stains on sheets. Hair in tub, the facility is an old building that they did painting in and a few other upgrades but you still can tell it’s old. The paint in tub was peeled

Nothing, the bed was subpar and sheets were dingy. The towels in the bathroom were also dingy. Broken lamp shade, hole in wall and cracks in window seal.

The customer service was horrible. The elevator was broken and we were uninformed until our arrival. I was 7/8 months pregnant having to take trips to get everything upstairs.
