My husband and I traveled to GOTL with our 2 dogs. The home was right across from a small park, which was great for walking the dogs. It was within walking distance to tons of restaurants/bars and a winery. A lot of the places were still closed for the season, but there was enough for us to do for a couple days. The house was clean and met all of our expectations. We will be back!

Booked this house for 14 ladies to partake in a bachelorette party and enjoy the views, the strip, and some wine! The house perfectly accommodated us all, 2 full bathrooms for the WIN!. The house was prepared with linens, toiletries, washer/dryer and ice cube trays! Even though there is no dining room table we did not mind at all as there are plenty of seating options, we kept our meals at the home very simple as well (pizza, chips, bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee etc) Great location across from geneva twp park and walking distance to the main strip. The owners responded promptly and check in was seamless. Parking was plentiful and there is a dumpster nearby for all trash disposal. The outdoor firepit area is beautiful, although we did not use due to rain, there is plenty of chopped firewood available. We also enjoyed a wine shuttle tour with Sunset taxi! Highly recommend staying here for large groups and venturing out to see the sights and take in what this beautiful area has to offer. Will be back for a family and romantic getaway next!

Plenty of beds which was good for our large group. Kitchen and living room were small but nice for hanging out in, and we ended up spending a lot of our time at the fire pit anyway, which was really nice.

This is a different 5 Star review that praises not only the great house(s) and check-in procedure, but the responsiveness of the owner / management group in resolving a late-night problem that threatened to de-rail the vacation. We had the smoke detectors go off just after midnight of the first night. Although we didn't have smoke in the house, there was an acrid smell that burned the nose and throat. We called the number on the VRBO sheet and a maintenance tech arrived in less than 10 minutes. He isolated the problem to a baseboard heater in the living room (faulty heating element or chemical cleaners used on the heater) and was able to get the alarm to shut off by shutting down the heaters. When he overheard us calling hotels to arrange other rooms for the night - we were uncomfortable staying in the house with the potential of an electrical issue - he contacted the owner and arranged for us to move to another VRBO within a quarter-mile, saving us the time and expense of a last minute hotel reservation. All of this was done between 12:30 and 1:30 a.m. Any VRBO owner can have their property looking great at check-in. It takes a great owner / manager to have systems in place to resolve serious problems in the middle of the night. And the second house was an upgrade from our original rental. We will use this owner and his properties for all our future trips to the area.

Perfect location, very clean, house was awesome

We had a great stay. 6 bedrooms with a kitchen and living room for an incredible price. There was no table, but they have 7 folding chairs and 7 snack tray tables you can use. Each bedroom has its own tv with netflix and Disney plus. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The washer, dryer and dishwasher were great perks as well. There is a big park around the corner and is just steps from the cute town. Great place for a getaway.

Stayed here with friends for the weekend during Thunder on the strip. Great location, great accommodations and loved the fire pit area. We would definitely stay here when returning to Geneva!

We loved our stay! The place was very clean and had everything you needed. Great for a large group. You are in walking distance to the main strip and there is a cute park right across the street. Very easy check in/check out process. The only thing we had trouble with was if you even opened the oven once the fire alarm went off everytime lol. Other than that everything was great!

House was clean... tvs & air-conditioning in every room. Fire pit & chairs were awesome. Spent most of the weekend drinkkng around the fire. Nice & quiet... you cant hear anything from the bars down the street.

Nice for a weekend stay, but no dining room or kitchen table. Didn't realize that when booking. Great place if you are eating out. A picnic table outside may be a good addition for eating or playing games/cards. Within walking distance for main street but still a little bit of a walk to the very end.

We had a great time at the property. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us between the Gotl strip and the park. Many thanks to the owners.

The house was very clean. The only problem we seem to have less anytime you try to cook the fire extinguishers go off throughout the whole house. That was nerve-racking a little. They could’ve used a picnic table outside, but other than that it was very nice place to stay for a couple of nights.

The property had ample parking, provided enough sleeping area and linens for number if guests and is located two blocks from the strip. We had a blast! The unit was clean, area was safe and the space offered many separate sleeping spaces which was great for our group!

We had a blast on our trip and this place was great. So close to the strip we just parked our car and walked everywhere. The house was clean the fire pit was great couldn't ask for more. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for our visit!! 4 adults and 6 children - Easter Egg Hunt upstairs. This unit was spotless and perfectly located to the GOTL strip - we could walk for coffee and donuts. More fun family memories made!

Had a great time! This property is very clean and very well kept. Great location and within walking distance of all GOTL shops and activities. Wish the weather was nicer, would've liked to use the outdoor firepit.

The perfect host! My sister-n-law and I wanted a girls weekend away and found this place near everything we wanted to experience for the area. The house is VERY clean and had everything we needed! When we had any questions, the host answered immediately and could not have been more accommodating. We came to the area for a weekend but had no idea bad weather was coming. We stayed one night and when we realized snow was coming the next night, we wrote the host and asked for a refund for our second due to needing to leave early. The gracious host agreed and completely understood our problem.

The owner answered all questions immediately. All our request were granted. Great place and location. Everything was clean. It was basically perfect. Only issues was the smoke detectors went off for everything but other then that we will definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this property. It was the perfect size for 10 girls for a bachelorette party and good walking distance to all the shops and bars. Definitely recommend

Wonderful location and extremely clean and well maintained.

We had a great visit to GOTL. The rental was as described. Although you can walk to the main part of the strip from here, with two 6 year olds we found it easier to drive to the center of the strip and park. The park a few houses down was great for walking the dog, and has great views of the lake. Inside the house is small. The upstairs bedrooms were a particular challenge when sitting up in bed. I hit my head several times on the sloped ceilings! Both bathrooms were nice, with plenty of towels. The downstairs couches are on their last leg (figuratively) and could be replaced. The only real issue was using the stove. EVERY time we used the stove it set off the fire extinguishers. My wife even cleaned and scrubbed the grease pans on the stove top, to no avail. It even when off when boiling water! User Beware! The firepit was a great gathering point one evening for hotdogs and smores. Overall for the price of the unit we found it to be a good value and would consider renting it again, but never use the stove!
