We feel very lucky to have found this magnificent home. Stepping outside onto the cliffside view and seeing the whales breach and do their courtship dance. Listening to the surf under the starlight. Wow. Brandi is a wonderful host, and her home has very nice kitchen accessories with very good cookware, sharp cutlery, and nice dinnerware. There are a lot of things I could write about this magical island and perfect accommodations, but I can't match the experience of actually being here. If you are looking for a place here in Kauai, this is the place to stay. Book now. I guarantee you'll love it. Mahalo.

Nothing better than sitting out on the patio watching whales breaching and tail slapping. We had an excellent vantage point to enjoy this spectacle for 3-4 mornings.

4 of us we’re visiting Kauai’s north shore for the first time and this was a great location to experience Princeville, and with gorgeous ocean views from every room. The beach chairs and towels were great for our daily 10 min drive to Hanalei Bay or Annini Beach. I would stay here again!

Literally on the cliff side with the best snorkeling on the island 4min hike down the hill. 730 am for sea turtles. Real quiet and everything closes early, good for us, but something to keep in mind. Only downside is their is not much of a local vibe, but that is common for much of the island, barring a few small towns.

We had a great time at Brandi’s condo! It was well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and had great views. We enjoyed using the beach equipment provided and noted some beach toys and games in a hall closet. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the basics and some starter toiletries (there was even a hair dryer and straightener in the primary bath). Brandi was quick to communicate and had some great suggestions for us. The view is outstanding, and we enjoyed sitting outside taking it all in (one note for the non-sun worshippers, the back patio gets direct morning sun with no shade, but you can easily enjoy the view and breeze inside on the comfy recliners). We had a great stay and highly recommend Brandi’s condo!

The sunsets every night were amazing. We had a great time. Only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. Condo had great beach chairs and body boards for the beach. Brandi had great recommendations for us as well.

Nicely equipped and we had a wonderful stay

My friend and I had a very relaxing get away at this condo. The view is unobstructed and falling asleep with ocean waves and breeze was rejuvenating. The condo had everything we need from a fully stocked kitchen to boogie board and snorkeling gears. This was my first time staying at Princeville and I love it way better than other locations I’ve stayed in the past. It’s so close to the pristine north shore beaches, trails, restaurants and grocery stores. Yet it’s quite and away from the crowds. The drive to Kapaa, Poipu and the west side is beautiful! (Use the Kappa bypass to avoid traffic if you don’t need to make a stop in Kappa) I highly recommend this condo and I’d stay here again.

Wonderful views many whales and dolphins. Well equipped kitchen. Lani furniture was great and comfortable. We all would stay here again without question.

Brandi's condo is located on a quiet bluff with endless ocean views. We fell asleep to the sounds of the surf and awakened to glistening waves and frolicking whales in our backyard. The kitchen lacks a bit in style but has fully working appliances large and small and has more than everything you need. Linens are also well-stocked and spotlessly clean with extras of everything -including lots of beach towels. There are plenty of beach toys and chairs, equipment, books, games, children and baby stuff. But the very best of all the extras were the powerful binoculars that made the waves and the whales seem like they were performing just for us. Brandi also has great taste in restaurants we asked for her faves and she did not disappoint. She was a welcoming host, responsive and helpful.

Had a amazing time. The overall experience was amazing. Brandi responded to all our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely rent from her again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view is amazing; waking up to the soothing sound of the ocean, having a cup of coffee in the lanai, while watching many species of birds in the lawn and the whales afar in the ocean was priceless. The condo was nice, clean and has a well appointed kitchen. The beds were comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean from each bedroom. The condo is closer to restaurants, grocery store and is located in a well maintained community. Brandi is an excellent host. I contacted her a couple of times and each time she responded very quickly. She sent in a new iron within a couple of hours of reporting a missing one; She took time to share information about the local beach, trails, turtle cave(which is down the cliff, the trail entrance is next to the condo). She accommodated a flexible check out. On the day of departure, I accidentally left a backpack with valuables at the condo & called Brandi from the airport; Though she herself was travelling that day, she arranged for someone to pickup my backpack before the next guests arrived and offered for it to be mailed soon upon her return to town. She went over and beyond to help address my situation; Her professionalism and attention to her guests are impeccable. Brandi is truly an exceptionally host!.

This was our third stay at this condo, so obviously we love it. It is not the fanciest place, compared to some others. But it is clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and has a view to die for! Whether you’re in the living room or either of the bedrooms, you can see endless ocean from the windows. And we love being on the first floor, where we can just walk out onto the lanai, lawn, or cliff side Adirondack chairs. The beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, ice chest, etc) is so handy to have, and not an amenity found at most vacation rentals. We’ll definitely be back for visit #4!

The location of this property is ideal for endless views of the ever changing ocean horizon. To feel the trades blowing , hear the waves breaking below and having a rainbow right outside our window is why I choose Princeville. The condo has ample room for 4 adults and was clean and comfortable.

First of all, the condo and views were absolutely stunning! The condo is clean and extremely well stocked with. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, everything necessary to cook a meal. There were beach chairs, ice chests, and water toys. The views were just stunning! The property was lovely, green and lush. Brandi was an excellent host. I had a couple basic questions during the visit and Brandi always replied within two hours. That is just exceptional! Thank you Brandi for sharing your wonderful condo with me!

My daughter and I had a fantastic time on Kauai, and this wonderful accommodation was part of that. Though we swam, hiked, kayaked, explored, we also came to work on writing projects, and always enjoyed being in this space. You can mediate or do yoga as the sun rises! You can watch the tropicbirds overhead or the many songbirds in the little wooded gulch beside the property. Easy parking. Big windows and ceiling fans- it was always the perfect temperature. The beach chairs and umbrellas were really useful! We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

Awesome view from this comfortable vacation rental. Spent 4 relaxing days with our 3 adult daughters. Check-in was easy. The location was great with shopping and several beautiful beach nearby. Nice area for walk in the morning, beach in afternoon and mesmerizing ocean view for dinner and sunset. We will be sure you stay longer next time.

My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Alii Kai. The two bedrooms and two baths gave us plenty of space and the kitchen had all the cookware and dishes we needed. The beds were comfortable and the master bedroom is lovely. With multiple TVs, games, and books, we were easily entertained - though the view from the walkout lanai is enough entertainment all on its own.

This home simply fantastic! It has everything you’ll need for your tropical vacation! We also saw whales nearly everyday. Brandi is wonderful! We will stay here again on our next stay in Kauai!

We've stayed in multiple units at the Alii Kai resort over the years, but this is our first time in this one. Great view! Comfy chairs in the living room (so much so that we never even sat on the couch); bed in the master is super comfy. Kitchen shows a little wear but it has everything you need and more. We were very happy to see there is a gas grill shared with the other buildings. Communications from the owner were way above par and greatly appreciated.

Amazingly beautiful as showing in online. Grocery stores, restaurants/bars, and other shops are near by.

This ground floor condo had amazing ocean views. Views from every room. It was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The grocery store was conveniently located. The fun closet with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc was very appreciated. The beds were super comfy. The condo was everything we could have hoped for. Very reasonably priced. We highly recommend this unit. We hope to visit again soon.

Kim and Paul's Kauai place is in a great location and has helpful/enjoyable amenities. Outside the back sliding door is a lovely porch which faces the ocean. The sunrises are beautiful. Often the ocean breeze is perfect for cooling the rooms. Thankfully, the windows and doors are equipped with screens so they can be used in the evenings/mornings for cooling. Us mainlanders are accustomed to central A/C, which this place does not have (and is not common in Hawaii). In addition to screened openings, however, it does have ceiling fans in all the rooms, which are a big help. We also appreciated the full kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, and access to the "fun closet", which contains snorkel gear, beach toys, and a boogie board, among other things. The house even provided beach towels. Another perk of staying here is the proximity to many walking/running paths and golf courses, bicycles, as well as several swimming pools and a shopping center around the corner. We utilized all these things. Thanks for a great visit!

We loved our stay here. The condo was only a short drive to reach Na Pali Coast hikes and beaches, and it was fun to snorkel in the cove you can see below from the condo. Kim was a wonderful host! It was hard to leave the view here!

WOW!! What a view!! Spectacular panoramic oceanfront view from every room! Kim is absolutely the ultimate hostess with the most-est! You will want for NOTHING! When she says overflowing fun closets... she means OVERFLOWING! We had everything we could possibly need and then some! Her guest books include stories of her, her husband, her kids and furbabies. I feel like I got to know them through her stories and they are a wonderful family. In the guest book, she lists recommendations for every type of vacation you hope to have in Princeville. The condo is well stocked with appliances, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BYOspices, as there was only vinegar, salt, pepper, but that was more than we've had at other condos we've rented. I'm sure guests use and leave different things all year. We HIGHLY recommend renting with Kim and Paul! It was everything they say in their description and more! We watched the sunset every night out front of the condo with other renters and some owners. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back!
