Very friendly staff, rooms comfortable. Good breakfast.

No aircondition in the rooms (but temperature was ok as all shades were closed when we arrived)

website says restaurant is open, it’s not. staff didn’t care and weren’t very helpful. rooms were like a dorm or student housing

There was no up front information that only cash payment was possible as I planned to pay by credit card

Breakfast was well prepared and fresh.

The shower water pressure was perfect but the shower head needs replacement.

1- As someone who loves plants I was enchanted by the huge indoor plants. They radiate a sense of calm. 2- The staff was really nice and “social”. Especially Lisa (if I remember the name correctly, she was at the reception between 17:00-20:00 this week). 3- The bathroom was very spacious and clean. 4- The breakfast was also better than most hotels I have stayed in. 5- The location is very convenient, less than 10 mins walk from the center.

1- When I arrived at 15:30 on Sunday, the reception was supposed to be open but there was no one there and we could not check in and had to wait. 30 mins and a few calls later, the receptionist arrived. 2- The staff entered my room when I was taking a shower. I was partly at mistake for not having the “do not disturb” tag on the door but it was 08:00 in the morning. I was not expecting them to be this early. 3- To my knowledge there is no restaurant or cafe in the hotel, I might be mistaken though.

Breakfast was very nice with a full pot of coffee for the table and they made some scrambled eggs for us. We really liked the nice big pillows and the beautiful hard wood floors and rugs that made it very homey.

Good size room and bed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

No staff in the evening. Nice bar, but closed. Same with restaurant, although this was mentioned when I booked. Quite a lot of restaurants within few minutes walk from hotel though.
