This unit isn’t for older people or a family with children. There are two sets of steep stairs that are not intact and the railing is coming out of the wall on the bottom set. There are only bathrooms on the top floor. This isn’t a full town house because you have zero access to the bottom floor and zero walk out from the front of your unit to the beach/pool. There is wifi tv in living area. The beds were very comfy though. There is only a tv in the master bedroom that the cable kept loosing signal. For beach access you have to go out of the back of the unit and walk to the alley in middle for access to pool/beach. The pool/beach code wasn’t anywhere to be found when we arrived and we had to send a message to rental company. There was zero information about parking passes. I love St George Island and the old town beach feel!! Repairs are in need at this condo. It is decorated nicely but it needs repairs!! Be prepared that this is only a two floor rental without the bottom floor with walk out access. You are unable to sit on the two balconies if it is raining bc they are not fully covered. I hope the owners actually know about the repairs because this seems to be handled through a rental agency. I tried to research from the complimentary journal and find the owners but their last name is not listed. The lock on the outside door seems like it may fall apart soon and the door was filthy on the inside. The sliding glass doors need attention too. Please repair this condo!!

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and updated. Lovely views of beautiful St. George Island. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Loved this place. Great location ! It has a wonderful view of the beach. Pool is always clean and warm. The only thing I think was wrong is that it does need a new sleeper sofa and they need to leave more than one towel per person.

Condo had a great view. Parking is close by and we loved the path to walk to the pool and beach. It was in the heart of St George where all the stores are. You could walk many places. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked, there wasn’t a can opener, kid friendly cups And some pots were too old to cook in. They need to update this. There wasn’t a “coffee bar” as said, just a Coffee machine / Keurig. Pods weren’t provided or anything. Some Electrical sockets needed plugs

This condo was great! It was very clean & had the most amazing views. Our family stayed a week here & would definitely come back. The beach is not as populated as Panama which we loved. Very quiet & family friendly.

6 of us stayed at this property. They are 2 sets of stairs in the condo, so keep that in mind if you have elders. The location was perfect. Was able to walk everywhere. There is only 2 lamps in the master bedroom and no fan or ceiling light. Might want to bring your own fan. Loved watching the waves from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Kid friendly. Like most older condos, it could use some basic upgrades. The agent was great about keeping in touch. We had an AC issue, but other than that I’d recommend.

Everything was great except you need to furnish more towels and bath clothes.

Loved the property. The townhome was so clean and the grounds. Cooking pots need to be updated. That is my only complaint. St. George Island is so peaceful and relaxing.

We enjoyed to complete relaxation during our family’s stay at this unit within the complex. The manager of the property was very friendly in answering some basic questions, and the location is perfectly situated near some popular eating establishments. Beach is beautiful, and we struggled leaving this place. No complaints. Loved our stay.

First time staying at the Villas here in St George Island. Condo well set- up with all the essentials when renting for the week. Pots and pans should be replaced along with cooking utensils but overall a great comfy location. Will be back Thanks

This is a lovely place in a great location. Needed a few things like a garbage bag to start with. Great pool. Toilet paper holder in master bathroom was coming out of the wall. Very comfortable beds. Very good experience.

Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Within a 15 minute walk to every store and restaurant on SGI.

We were so pleased to find these villas that not only had direct access to the beautiful beach but centered around a large pool with comfortable seating. Located near the center of town, it was just a few minutes' walk to many restaurants and stores. The spacious condo was spotless and nicely decorated, and the owner was very responsive to work with. We hope to schedule a return visit.

We have stayed in several rentals in this complex. The location is excellent within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The townhouse is clean and well appointed. Access was easy by electronic door lock and the email I received before arriving gave me the information I needed for internet, etc. There was a booklet for pool and gate codes so I never had interaction with the property manager.

Easy process

Check in was a breeze! The stairs on the property were not very well lit. Easy to trip and fall which is what I did. The property was clean and the area nice. However I could never find the code to the beach and pool access. Fortunately someone else staying there told us the code. Furnishings were a bit worn but acceptable. The Kitchen needed some updating. Very basic as far as pots and pans/cooking utensils. Fortunately we did not need to cook as we went out for all of our meals. Bedrooms and baths were adequate. Overall we had a nice stay. Just glad we had great weather so we were not stuck indoors! We will be back to SGI, just not this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villas. The Condo has a wonderful view of the gulf, a nice on site pool, and the accommodations were perfect for our family of three even though we could of had a few more with us and still have been comfortable. We loved listening to the ocean at night and in the the morning with our fresh cup of coffee from the Kerig in the kitchen. The kitchen was well supplied and allowed us to cook most of our meals at home. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo is nicely decorated. We did have a little hiccup upon arrival, but Andrew quickly remedied the issue. The condos location on the island is a block away from the store, great pizza, and the historic Lighthouse. Overall, we had a great week and would definitely enjoy a return trip in the future!

There were a few things like an iron and a blender that were not on this property. Have stayed at many vacation properties and this was a first. There was, however, an ironing board (for people that bring their own?)

The complex was in a wonderful location, the condo was in a good location, and at first glance, all looked to be OK within the Condo, BUT as we went upstairs we noticed a very musty smell, noticed there were no shower liners which looked as though there should have been, so we assumed it was because of the wetness of the cloth shower curtains causing the issue. Also, we hadn’t received the password for secure WiFi so we contacted the Owner about both of those issues right away. By that evening, to which we still hadn’t received a response from Owner, we realized that the master bedroom vent was emitted a nasty musty smell every time the air conditioner turned on and that was where the smell was coming from (as info, it blows right in your face when in bed). The entire time we were there the smell never dissipated. But then, after a day or so I realized I was getting bit when in the king bedroom bed, so I decided to take all the sheets off, and use the extra set that was in the closet, in a plastic bin, but when I pulled those out, there were BUGS on them. We immediately sent photos to the Owner and asked if this could be taken care of right away. Owner did NOT respond. Having nothing clean to sleep on (plus started to really worry what might be in the bed) unless I wanted to spend a large portion of the day washing sheets, blankets and comforter in small washing machine, we decided to leave the next morning, a day early. For us that was enough! It’s been a few days now that we’ve been home, sad we had to cut our trip short, and WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE AT ALL FROM THE OWNER!!! Extremely disappointing and cost us a day that had already been paid for. A few other items regarding this condo, the microwave door has spots of rust on interior, fridge is missing parts to hold food in door and sounds like it was going to stop working at any moment, also, notably, there was no blender in the unit (always a blender in vacation properties). The lack of secure WiFi, was a big bother as we both had to do work. St George Island is a beautiful, very laid back place. The complex is nicely located to walk to restaurants and beach shops, pool amd pool area were very nice, walk through gate to beach was easy. I would stay in this complex again, but NEVER THIS CONDO/UNIT! EVER! *as info, there is no drug store on the island, only the tiny piggly wiggly and nice island grocery. Bring what u will need.

We loved the condo and the area. It was wonderful having everything we needed so close by. I would definitely stay again! It’s a beautiful island!

Great Location and Views. Easy access to beach and pool. Relaxing beach decor and nice TV. Very comfortable bed and linens. There are 2 flights of stairs but all adults on my trip so this wasn’t a big issue. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything we wanted, had a stormy week but in spite of that it was great. Would happily book this place again.

This property was great, had some cleanliness issues when we arrived but nothing too big. Garbage disposal did not work during our stay, again not a big issue. We rent homes often so we expect some issues. Don’t overthink it and have fun at the beach. These condos are a great option fun, location, and well kept
