Staff let me check in early at no extra cost, which I appreciated after a long flight. Beds were comfy and not saggy, and the linens were very clean. Easy direct bus ride up to Prospect Park and Flatbush etc.

The floor was sticky and dirty- I ended up mopping it with a towel. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The remote for the smart TV was an off brand replacement and couldn't control the "smart" features. The bedside lamps had been removed and the only alternative was the very bright overhead lamp.

The location is perfect. It’s within close proximity to everything really on Flatbush. A good medium between Barclays and Kings Plaza. The breakfast was thoughtful consisting of an array of snacks (chips,muffins,Bevita, and Sunny D which I do not drink). Most corner stores have a deli and provide hot delicious breakfast so I went to one that is a hit to get a fresh egg and cheese turkey croissant sandwich. The bathroom was beautiful.

The cigarette burnt mark on the carpet. The dried ??? not sure on the ceiling. The hole on the desk. The scuff marks on the walls. The missing knobs in the shower, the lack of shower gel. Glad I got two beds to assess both and one was fine the other no. The doors need a good wash and a fresh coat of paint. The coping of my card and ID was different not what I’m use too but, was definitely cautious especially due to the identity theft. But for this hotel to be apart of Choices it was the worst never again. This is a poor presentation of what a Canadian hotel company can provide. If you know what your doing in Brooklyn and you don’t have family to rely on like some do then this place gives you a bed, clean water and toiletries to stay clean and maintain but the comfort level is there.

The towels were dingy in color. The shower was stained with liquid soap the leaked from the dispenser. There was no microwave, drawers, or sofa in the room. Checkout time was not known until staff knocked on the door at 11am. Fortunately, I was leaving early and was ready to go by then. There were people in the "make-shift'' lobby that didn't make me feel comfortable. Hotel desk area did not appear to look like it was part of a hotel.

The gentleman at the desk was pleasant

Nothing of the facilities worked and the location was not close to the subway or any sights. No one ever cleaned the room or even emptied the trash.
