Our hosts were so nice! They gave us good advises tot see the environment. We planned to go early to Zion Park and they made us a grab-and-go breakfast and let us make a pick nick. Just open the cupboards and take what you need... The second morning we had a "proper" breakfast and it was delicious. The room was spacious with a great view. Highly recommended!

Nice hosts who made a lovely breakfast. Lots of good tips regarding our hikes. Spacious and supernice room. Big TV, lovely bed, plenty of free snacks to go along with the coffee.

The Tyler Inn was clean, well appointed, comfortable and safe. The owners, Heather and Garth thought of every detail and obviously put a lot of time and love into their B&B. The breakfasts were delicious and they were helpful in explaining all of the sites in the Zion area. We will definitely return and would highly recommend it to our friends and family and anyone wishing to stay in the Zion area.

The location is great for visiting the Zion NP. It takes only a few minutes to the park entrance.
The accommodation is perfectly clean and modern furnished with all electronics you need. Also the bathroom is very modern and luxurious, better than in most hotels I have stayed.
But the one thing making this place really outstanding is the hospitality of the hosts.
They took 1 hour of their time to provide us with hiking and dining recommendations even though we showed up really late for check in due to us messing up with the different time zone between states. In the morning they served customized homemade breakfast (the coffee cake was amazing).

Fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast served daily family style. Very comfortable rooms. Host helped answer questions and very knowledgeable about the conditions in Zion National Park.
No bathtub- would’ve been nice after hiking to have a bath or hot tub. Not a problem though everything else was lovely.

The owners of this B&B were unfailingly helpful, friendly and attentive. We loved the view of Zion's cliffs from our room and everything about the place was cozy and inviting. Very nice breakfasts every morning. The drive to the national park entrance was short and easy, and the whole four-day stay was a delight. We'd love to stay at this B&B again someday.

The water pressure in our shower was terrible and we thought we'd have a bathtub as pictured but I'm sure some time have a tub and some don't.

The room at Tyler Inn was very comfortable. The owners were quick to take care of a problem. We also appreciated the tips to visiting Zion NP. it was much more crowded than we expected. Rockville was quiet at night.

Excellent location, beautiful well kept large home. Our room felt so much like home! Owner's Garth and Heather were both super helpful and friendly form the moment we arrived.

From arrival to departure everything at Tyler Inn was great. Garth was so friendly and helpful with things to do, where to go, where to eat, etc. Our room was so lovely and comfortable. And the breakfasts were out of this world!

Had a couple mornings where we were able to get a yogurt, granola bar, fruit and muffin. One the morning we left, Heather made us an excellent egg dish, cinnamon rolls and fruit. She was always helpful with suggestions and information.
A separate thermostat in our room would have been nice, but as it was a house, it is understandable. Sometimes the room was really cold in the afternoon, but a little too warm at night.

We loved our hosts availability for every question!
We went to Zion to hike so it was great that you could take coffee to go and they would add a Muffin or something else for breakfast. They gave us. Lot of advice and we felt really at home!

Everything, B&B hosts are fantastic, house & room huge, clean, comfortable luxury, safe and quiet, location to drive to all of Zion NP, free off street parking

The home cooked breakfast served family style in the spacious dining room were fantastic! The room was very comfortable. Codes for the exterior doors and personal rooms were very easy to remember. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Parking was a bit tight. No elevator and guest rooms are on the second floor.

Excellent location, only a few miles to Zion’s National park. Quiet and peaceful. Accommodations were super roomy, comfortable, clean and up to date. Our hosts , Garth and Heather were the best reason to stay here! Friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend !!!

The interior of the home was completely remodeled recently... and very nicely done! Breakfast was awesome! Heather and Garth were there to greet us upon arrival and were great hosts with lots of tips about the area to share!! Their kitchen ice machine was appreciated and came in handy for the ice chest with 100+ temps.

Outstanding, newly refurbished inn, very comfortable, large room and bathroom.
Host Heather was very helpful and resourceful in giving us advice on where to go, what to see and how to avoid crowds. Very accommodating for breakfast too! Would come back in a heartbeat!
