This place is perfectly located in Old Cottonwood. Walking distance to all the great shops, restaurants, bars and wineries. Not to mention the nice deck out front to enjoy your purchases and just watch the action of Main St. Loft is supplied with everything you could think of and very comfortable. Will definitely try to book another trip up as I know the more this loft gets used the harder it will be toget a booking.

The Loft was absolutely perfect. It is beautiful inside and has all of the amenities and more. So many little touches. It was clean and cozy and walking distance to everything. I would definitely rent this place again if I could give it 10 stars I would.

We came up to enjoy the wine and the area. We have stayed here before but down stairs in the Bootlegger 2 bedroom. It is a beautiful spot but more than we need for just the wife and I. This time we stayed in the Main Street Loft. It was perfect. Much better fit for two people and we loved it. The wife and I have decided that this is where we will try to stay everytime we come up from Phoenix. Thank you for being outstanding hosts!

My fiancé and I stayed at this beautiful condo for her birthday weekend. Patty is an amazing host, she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The balcony looking over the Main Street in old town cotton wood was exactly what we needed. The ability to relax with a glass of wine over looking the town with live music right across the street was worth the price alone. 10/10 I highly recommend you stay at the lofts of Old Town.

We have stayed in VRBO’s from California to New Jersey and Patty’s place is the cleanest we seen👍👍👍. She and Michael are the best hosts possible. You will want for nothing. As far as location and activities, the Main Street Lofts are within walking distance to everything you can imagine and a short drive to anything else. Location was absolutely perfect for our annual girls trip to go winetasting. There were six of us so we reserved both lofts. The home was beautifully designed and everything was new and comfortable and clean. Beds were large and comfy, kitchens and bathrooms were perfectly stocked, living spaces were beautiful. The outdoor space was wonderful and secure. Parking directly behind the units was helpful. The hosts are incredibly generous, and helped us with the minor issues that we had providing quick correction. You will not find a better location in old town. We were walking distance to dozens of shops, bars, restaurants, and only about a 20 minute drive to the best wineries and vineyards in the region. Highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back.

The title is real! This is a well thought out design and better than the pics show! Patty was amazing and went the extra mile for Me and my wife's 26th yr anniversary! I can't say enough good things about the place,location and communication with Patty! I will Definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! The location is perfect and the loft is spacious and had everything we needed. We danced on the front patio while listening to the music at the burning cellars tasting room after a day spent wandering old town Cottonwood. Thank you for the lovely stay - we definitely will be returning!

We browsed around and saw a few other properties first and this once came up in a final search. After getting two looks at it, we thought this condo would suit what we wanted. It surpassed all expectations! The location, the cleanliness and the ease of communication and checking in were great! I personally, am very picky about where I stay. Cause when traveling, why stay somewhere 50/50?! As soon as we walked in. We were met with a clean, safe and spacious condo. Everything in the condo was great and easy to use. Communication back and forth with the owner was clear, easy and they were very responsive and friendly. After one day we were already talking about staying there again! Highly recommend! This place and location are both great. Looking forward to staying here again.

My husband and I went for a quick get away to celebrate our anniversary in Cottonwood and we couldn't believe our good fortune in getting to stay in this beautiful condo. The pictures are true to form. The place in brand new and immaculately kept. In addition, it is right in the middle of all of the fun wine tasting rooms, shops and delicious restaurants in Cottonwood. The location truly could not be more ideal. The parking is convenient and the hosts were friendly. I cannot say enough about this space. It deserves more stars than the five available!

In every category this VRBO rental is by far the best we have ever seen!!! The bed was amazing, the shower was amazing, the kitchen and living room were amazing. Now let’s talk about location, location, location 👍👍👍. Located in the heart of old town Cottonwood you are within walking distance to several local wine tasting rooms, antique shops, and restaurants. 15 minute drive to Jerome and 30 minutes to Sedona, it’s an all round perfect location. There’s not much more that I can say that has not already been said. If I could, I I would give it five stars plus. The lodging is perfect in every way. It passes my mother’s white glove test in terms of cleanliness—and she is tough. The decor is fun, but not tacky. I just loved all the touches. Moreover, the owners go to a lot of trouble to make your stay positive. For example, they knew we had flown in so probably wouldn’t have a cooler so they put one in the unit for us—and I think it was brand new! It was a godsend. You need cold water when you’re out and about in Arizona. Furthermore, we loved that Patty and Michael lived on site. First of all, they are the nicest people you ever want to meet. In addition, they were not intrusive at all, but it was so helpful when we occasionally ran into them to get good tips for our daily excursions. Finally, the location is perfect. A friend who goes to Sedona area quite often suggested we stay in Cottonwood instead of Sedona. She was right on! We loved being able to walk to the many fine restaurants, wine tastings, shopping, and more. Sedona is lovely and, of course, the reason we went to Arizona, but it is only twenty minutes away. You can’t walk everywhere like you can in historic Cottonwood. Also, Cottonwood is centrally located to many other local attractions. So there you have it, the Loft on Main is a gem and it made for a perfect vacation for us.

This was the perfect unit for our long weekend in the Sedona region! The owners thought of everything we needed for our weekend stay, including water to keep us hydrated! The unit is clean with upscale design and decor. We loved the location as it was close to everything we wanted to do, without having all of the traffic in Sedona. We were able to get to many of the parks and venues easily from this location. Main Street was very quaint with several restaurants and tasting rooms to choose from, along with some nice shops! We enjoyed some music on the porch from the wine bar across the street! We would definitely stay here again!

The Main Street loft was a fantastic place to stay, and I'm glad we selected it for our (week-long) trip to the Sedona area. The space is beautiful, light, airy, with ample places for two people to work remotely. It's within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants & wine tasting rooms (AZ wine exceeded my expectations). Patty was very responsive - answering all of our questions before the booking and during the stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is our second time staying at the Lofts. It is the only place we will ever stay. The Lofts are our favorite. The location is perfect, completely surrounded by good food, live evening music, and wine tasting rooms. The room is comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything you need. Home away from Home!! The Loft was wonderful, as we could enjoy the music, from across the street, and people watch. The hosts were pleasant and helpful., and the unit was perfect. We are planning to stay again.

The apartment was spectacular and extremely clean. The location is perfect for all the wine tasting rooms and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere. Patty and Michael went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They were amazing !!! Patty had a balloon and confetti for my husbands 50th birthday waiting in the apartment. We are already planning our trip back.

My husband and I stayed in Cottonwood while attending a wine-making class through Yavapai College. We found this gem due to the hotels all being completely booked. This apartment is in a great location, right on Main Street in Old Town. Across the street from Burning Tree Cellars, State Bar, and Bocce (recommend all three of those). The apartment is perfectly appointed. Patty keeps it so clean you feel you are the first guest to use the place. The apartment is beautiful and welcoming!

Clean! it even smelled so nice. The property from the courtyard all through the interior was immaculate. super clean and decorated perfectly, very cozy. the bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows. the sheets were even soft and comfortable. it was our 10 year anniversary and Patty has added some decorations to welcome us. Nice touch :) Location was perfect. Walking distance to all of Main Streets dining and wine tasting rooms. Music at Bocce at night can be heard and watched from balcony. Owners were very responsive. Patty and Michael are amazing hosts. they are super accommodating, close if anything is needed, and are just the nicest people. We will be back and this is our new spot to stay. Special Thank You to Patty and Michael for making everything so special.

The Main Street Loft was amazing! Little details like floating shelves next to the couch, complimentary water in the fridge, and notes of favorite things in the area made it easy to enjoy the home and the neighborhood. The home's aesthetics are beautiful; I want to hire Patty to design my own home! It's immaculate, peaceful, and perfectly located to enjoy main street and the surrounding area. We will be making a stop at the Main Street Loft a frequent tradition.

We had previously stayed in the bootlegger loft managed by the same owners. We loved that stay… However, this one bedroom is even more amazing. Clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, perfect location…. If that wasn’t enough, the views and balconies make this incredible. We will be back SOON!

Literally steps from many great restaurants and wine tasting rooms. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning. Patty and Michael are superb hosts and this place is incredible! The place is brand new- designed and furnished beautifully. If you are looking for a home away from home in the midst of all the Verde Valley had to offer- this is it. They thought of every little detail and went above and beyond with a lovely note of wine and note in honor of my husband’s 50th birthday.

Homeowners made everything so easy and fun. Beautifully equipped and decorated down to baja blankets for having a cozy cup of coffee on the deck. Thank you for an amazing getaway.

First I must start with the condo is amazing. It’s gorgeous and brand new but the listing is misleading. Unfortunately the owner is ON location and feels as if she is watching you the whole time. Though she fails to list that in the lengthy description other then stating that they “live in cottonwood.” I must reiterate that they live in the top condo & really doesn’t make the stay feel as if it is a private residence. I have never had issues with owners being this close by & feeling as if I cannot enjoy my stay. We went up for a girls weekend and it was just tense the whole time worried Patty would be on top of us. Though I think she meant well it was just an uncomfortable feeling having her on site hanging out and messaging me the whole stay. Again the condo is really nice. But again I will say way at the bottom of the description this condo is noted for ONLY 2 people though it is huge & plenty of room especially for a public rental. This to me it seems the owner only wants couples, no young people and no families in the unit. I also must not there was no insurance policy option and/or refundable deposit for the rental and they tried to charge me excessive amount upon check out for stains on linens and towels. Again if you’re solo or a couple and don’t plan on being inside much and enjoy having the owner on site and watching you this is the unit for you. I suggest for future listing they opt in to the insurance and/or refundable damage fee - and any group of friends be aware that owners live in site and have security cameras on the units.

This condo is in the best location in all of downtown Cottonwood! Could not have asked for a cleaner or nicer condo to enjoy our anniversary trip. The owners were a pleasure to work with and they made communication and our stay stress free. We really enjoyed the patio at night that overlooks main street. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and hear the live music across the street. The condo itself was spotless and in great condition. Much larger than we anticipated. We will be back again and will have a hard time staying anywhere else! You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I have used vrbo to stay in many places before and from unclean dishes, to rooms with multiple air fresheners masking strange odors, we have seen and smelled a number of unpleasant things. This place is NOT like the others. It is exceptionally clean. Not a single strange hair or dusty windowsill and the kitchen was stocked with any and everything you could need, including olive oil and salt and pepper (one always seems to be missing). Of the numerous things that made our stay enjoyable, I most appreciated:1. Cleanliness - all sinks, kitchen and bathroom were very clean.2. The bed was a treat! It was adjustable with a remote to raise and lower the entire top half of the bed.....super comfy for sitting up and reading.3. Balconies - there is a balcony off the bedroom, perfect for eating outside in the morning sun. The front facing balcony was perfect in the afternoon/evening for people watching, and the beautiful doors slide open from both sides, opening most of the front wall.4. Location - the location across from Burning Tree winery can't be beat. We enjoyed the live music in the evenings playing at burning tree from the balcony and it is ideally situated near Merkin (our favorite tasting spot and restaurant) and Pizzeria Bocce. 5. Extras- the extra blankets for use on the balcony or couch were a nice touch, as were the full sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Finishes like the bathroom pocket door, the fun cycle bar stools, and the tall-4 hinge bedroom door make this place nice and modern. This is one of the only places that I've stayed in that was better than the pictures and description and Patty/Michael assisted us promptly when we arrived.The only suggestion I would have because I would love to bring a friend or our children would be to offer a rollaway bed or pullout couch as there is plenty of space for a family of 4 as long as there are beds available.We can't wait to stay here again!
