the location and accessibility

everything. the staff were rude. the rooms were made up to show the guest that they do work but the bed sheets are not changed after the previous guest has left. the pillow covers smelled bad, the bed and pillow had hair remains. the bathroom door’s back was covered with fungus all over. it smelled bad. nothing was cleaned cleaned as such.

the only reason we stayed here was because we had to attend a wedding nearby the next day. Where do I begin? first off, they would email you a week before to let you know that you need to prepay as their policy. that’s fine, however they don’t accept international cards, so we could not prepay and had to explain on calls and emails, which was also very anxiety inducing as they mentioned if we did not prepay they would cancel our booking. When we got here, they only accepted cash. however, the nearest ATM is a 15 minute walk one way along a dangerous busy road with no sidewalk. The hotel is extremely dated and the condition of the rooms were very poor. the mini fridge was vibrating the table, meaning we could not use the table and had to listen to the vibrating sound all night (we had food in the fridge and could not turn it off) the hallways were noisy with a lot of guest loitering around, and shouting at each other. the internet was unusable. the bathroom was extremely bare and old. the room was very dimly lit, even with all the lights turned on. The rooms were in poor condition with mold in some corners, and had a musty smell. we requested to change rooms but the second room was also the same. they only gave us 1 key card, when we asked for 2, they said they could help us open the door if we needed if one of us went out. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, and that’s the standard I am comparing this hotel against. If it advertises itself as a 2 star hotel or motel, we would know what we were getting ourselves into. However, to advertise yourself as a 4 star hotel on Google is definitely lying to your customers.

Veg Food was very tasty , Mr Ravi in restaurant was very helpful and took care very well , even other staff in reception and house keeping staff also shown good hospitality , hotel was hygenic, and cleaning was good , location is pleasant

The rooms were nice and spacious. All the necessary facilities were provided. They gave us a free upgrade when we asked for a room on the upper floor. The reception staff was friendly and cooperative, the restaurant offered unexpectedly tasty food.

They should sweep the room floor before letting the guests check in. We had to use footwear even while inside the room. I guess everybody goes to the beach and brings a lot of sand back to the room with their footwear (including us, it's unavoidable). A piece of glass was missing in the bathroom window. It seemed like a blind spot for anyone possibly peeping from outside, but the idea still made me uncomfortable. I am sure the staff would have immediately made the necessary arrangements had we informed them of all this, they were generally very cooperative. We just didn't because we weren't inside the room most of the time.

Well kept.. Clean and tidy room Double ac working fine..

Room service should be little better..
