I book this house and when I arrive there she don’t let me go in just because we are Romania people

we booked the 3 bedroom house to be given keys to the 2 bedroom next door. when asked why the lady said that’s your for this week. then disappeared as we looked around the property. tried calling the number on the booking email no answer tried WhatsApp nothing then rang Booking.com to tell them, they had no luck either in contacting the owner??? please be warned that’s all

They allowed me to move our booking by one day when our visit was delayed.

Nothing, it was clean, comfortable and excellent value. Will definitely return when back in the area.

Doors with no handles, eight guests - 6 pillows! - seating for 4 people! No matching cutlery or crockery, it's not an apartment its a house with Outside Doors that THAT DON'T LOCK - had to sleep in kitchen to make sure no one came in through the night!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never write reviews but after visiting here I simply must do, don’t want anyone else to be tricked by the fraudsters who’ve advertised on here this place. Who ignore your messages and don’t refund your money for their DISGUSTING property. absolute scam artists. We had to drag our family around the country at 10pm at night after driving god knows how long to get here to be severely disappointed. place is a hazard to health with insect infestations and unsafe boards over the windows , I have the photographic evidence - Booking.Com has seen it all and said all I can do is write a review as the owners aren’t co operating !! RUDE , I hate lies and injustice. no one else book here please. THEY HAVENT REFUNDED OUR £120 after conferring with booking.com for weeks. very disappointed , we have never had this issue before , ruined a weekend away booking this dump. we thought we had booked an apartment in Whalley not a slum house in Burnley. pics are deceiving on the page for this property don’t be fooled like I was. Nothing at all. didn’t stay there as it was so bad.

Everything but especially the area was Burnley not Whalley as advertised. the ant infested kitchen , the boarded up window at the front, empty TV stand in the kitchen like it had been robbed. the unfinished stairs.

Host Ghulam is the best in Uk. wonderful start, cleaning, hospitality, rooms , kitchen etc in short nothing can be better than this property

the property was filthy, 10” knife found under the bed where my children were to sleep, open food in the fridge and cupboards, pizza, used cigarettes and cig packets under the bed, items on draining board, no handle on the bedroom door so couldn’t get out, cordial in the cleaning cupboard the list is endless
