Great location. Very short walk to beach. Unit was very nice and as shown in pictures, very clean. The only thing missing were door mats to avoid tracking in so much sand. We used a beach towel. It would have been helpful to have a casserole dish. Plenty of pans and pots were available. Nice assortment of beach equipment although we brought our own! So did not need it. Would stay here again!

Our stay was amazing..

Zero pans/ovenware in the house. Kitchen well stocked otherwise. I would recommend a rug or two. The tile was constantly gritty, because there were no inside rugs. Also, upon cleaning a spill on kitchen floor, the floors need a good cleaning. Other than that, our stay was fabulous. Very enjoyable location and place.

Absolutely beautiful property top of the line finishes wonderful appliances everything you need for the perfect vacation. Very modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again in fact we’ve already reserved for next year! Highly recommend

This property was everything it was advertised to be. Recently remodeled inside, walk across the street to the beach and well equipped. Only downfall is the outside needs some TLC but it didn’t affect our stay in the least!

Great location. Easy walk to beach/bars/restaurants/shops. Property management was very responsive to emails/phone calls to fix issues that popped up (stove, curtain rods, vent mildew). Easy Uber/lyft rides to north part of Anna Maria Island.

My wife and I have stayed numerous times with, and finally one trip without, on AMI. This trip was one for the books. Aside from the Tropical storm that hit the island, the stay couldn’t have been better. The property was clean, stunning views and a great location across from Cortez beach. Also the property management company y was ON POINT. Communicated well and made the whole process easy. Can’t wait to come back!!

We loved our stay at Sunset Landing Unit 2. The SeaBreeze team was very supportive, they sent me with anticipation all the information relevant for checking in and getting to know what was around. The house was perfectly clean, comfortable, spacious. The location was unbeatable since we just had to cross the street and we were at a pristine beach! From one of the balconies we could see the sunrise and from the other one the sunset. This was a girls trip and we cannot wait until we can come back with our families. I am appreciative of the responsiveness of the team!! Love it!! You will not regret staying there.

First time at Bradenton beach anna Maria island trip was wonderful

This is our 4th stay at Sunset Landings over the last 15 years and it seems that the property only gets better and better! Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived--floors, decks, tabletops, bathrooms--down to the tiniest detail. We loved being able to "code" ourselves in this time rather than stopping by to pick up a key like in the old days, too. Loved the ocean view and easy access to the beach. Having our dog along really made the trip special--thanks for allowing our giant doodle. :)

The condo was perfect for our anniversary trip and it should have totally gotten 5 stars. Why didn't I? I will get to that. But first, the condo was as advertised. Very short walk to the beach. Beautiful views of the sunset especially from the upstairs deck. Short walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. Ok, now to the why....the day before we were scheduled to arrive we are told via a voice-mail from the rental company that there would be work done on the condo during our stay and that we would have to move our car everyday before 8 am and couldn't bring it back until 5. Yes, parking is free and right across the street. But what an inconvenience to be up and doing that before 8 on your vacation. The one week my hubby doesn't have to set an alarm. Notification of this earlier than the day before would have been very beneficial. Would we have changed places? Maybe, maybe not. The guys working were very friendly and great about letting us know the plan for the day. The rental company said they would get back with us but I only got a voice-mail asking how check in went. We understand that things happen and work has to be done to the upkeep of places bit let people know as soon as you find out so they can make arrangements and be prepared. It was frustrating.

Great location, beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our stay! The inside of the property was clean and newer. The outside of the building needed some work, though. We did love having the beach just across the street and being abke to view the sunsets from the patios. Beautiful!

Great location to enjoy all that AMI has to offer - and with a beach view. The property had all the comfortable amenities of home away from home, just steps from the sand. Stunning sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony or just a walk across the street. Conveniently located near Bridge St. shops and restaurants.

The pictures of the inside of the property were very accurate. The property is across the road from the beach (as are all condos in the immediate area) but has great views. The condo was cleaned very well and updated. Within walking distance of several restaurants!

We stayed 2 weeks and we’re very comfortable and satisfied . The outside of building needs some TLC but the inside has been beautifully redone.

We traveled to Florida to celebrate our 15th anniversary. We were delighted with the home's proximity to the beautiful beach and its amazing sunsets. Many restaurants and shops are within walking or biking distance. We also took advantage of the free trolley to ride to the north-end of the island (there is a stop right across the street from the home). The home was modern and very clean and we would definitely rent again. Thank you for a great stay!

Super easy check in process. Very friendly customer service. The condo was very clean + nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen with all the essential you need to cook and eat. Super convenient beach chairs+ umbrellas on site. Will stay again.

A beautiful two-level condo with amazing views! Clean, modern, and nicely furnished; it was one of four units. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was steps from the beach and super close to area restaurants. We had rented a golf cart to zip around the island which was perfect.
