Exceeded our expectations.

We had such a great time at this beautifully renovated beach house. It’s location is great- a short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. We had an excellent time!

Immaculate home with tasteful beach decor! Fenced yard is great for kids. Very well stocked kitchen. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants & playgrounds. Would definitely rent again!

This house was perfect for a friends weekend away! House was clean and comfortable. Location is great. Backyard is spacious and we really enjoyed the deck!

The house was so clean and neat. The design was coastal beach vibe and all the colors and furnishings were great. Super comfortable beds. So convenient to walk around this quiet nice neighborhood. Close walk to beach and all the little stores and shops. Bond street is adorable. Super fun relaxing time and would love to return next summer! We loved it!!!!!

We arrived the day before the Hurricane and despite losing power the second day, our stay was terrific. It was in a perfect location, had everything we needed, and was super clean when we arrived. We loved how the house was decorated and how big it was inside, even though it looked small on the outside. Thank you so much for a great place to stay.

Comfortable and super cozy for a family. Was close to all that was needed. The home was equipped with everything our family of four needed. Really appreciated the thoughtful supply of a few things that we had forgotten.

Property was just as described, everything you need is within walking distance or a short drive even with little ones. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

This cottage was wonderful. New, very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything from herbs and spices, garbage and zip lock bags, dishwasher tablets, to toaster, waffle maker, etc. Nice fenced outdoor area with bbq, tables and chairs. Outdoor (hot) shower and shed with beach chairs and toys. Also present a washing machine and dryer with detergent to use. At the end of the street is the sea wall and the water. The two beach passes were great to access the Narragansett Town Beach. Parking just across the street for $10 a day per car. You can walk to the beach but with all the chairs and towels we liked to drive there. Less than 5 minutes. Basketball court and two playgrounds are close to the cottage, as well as a big Stop and Shop, Walgreens, and other shops. We used the car to get there, again less than 5 minutes drive. I stayed with five children (ages 6, 10, 11, 14, 15) for four days and the cottage was a perfect size for us. Four bedrooms with Queen beds. Two bathrooms with showers. Shampoo and body wash provided. I would say that the cottage is a good fit for 6 people, not more as the space is not big. Dining room has a table for six, living room sits three people on the couch and there are two chairs with foot stools. We visited Adventure Land (only 5 mins away) and this was a big hit for all ages. The kids also took surf lessons at the local Surf and Skate shop, which was very fun as well. We had a wonderful time and we loved how the cottage was decorated. I especially appreciated how clean everything was! We would definitely come back again!!
