We had a wonderful stay at Castell Montgri. The staff were really friendly throughout and we couldn't fault the service. The campsite is superb and has everything you could need or want for a great holiday. The surrounding area is stunning and lots to do. Super place for an easy enjoyable family holiday :o)

Going home! The only thing that could have improved it for us would have been to have bedlinen included and beds made for arrival, I always hate making up the beds in the heat after a long journey when you just want to get started with the fun

Pools were excellent. Entertainment was excellent, lots of variety for all ages. Air con in the home was a god send although it had to be set at 20 degrees and not used at the same time as the kitchen appliances or it would trip yours and your neighbours electricity. Campsite was extremely clean. Bins everywhere. Happy hour 6-7pm was a lovely surprise. Lifestyle reps were excellent and extremely friendly / approachable. There is a wasapp service that i messaged a few times and someone came out within the hour.

Options at restaurants were poor as was the service. Supermarket pickings were slim and expensive. Definitely go to Lidl just outside of the campsite. Get so much more for your money and more options. My teenager wanted wifi and that was available only at the entertainment spot. I didn't mind at all but he clearly did!!! Campsite is also on a hill, so take your comfy shoes. We were in blue, far away (and up hill) from supermarket and reception.

The site staff at the reception fantástic. The site in general was very good and great for familys. Location good with the town within walking distance. The pool área "la basa" amazing with very good lifeguards.

The bar/restaurant staff were pretty useless. Took for ever to get served and never with a smile. The supermarket very limited too.

The site was great, pools were great, some of the staff were great. Landscape was beautiful.

Caravan outlook was not good, caravan wasn't very clean when I arrived after waiting a long time to get checked in. Wasn't clear when I booked that it was the budget old caravan. Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable.

The family feel at this place is great, it perfect, BBQs at the caravans nights out with great entertainment, days out at the huge pool we just loved it

The system they use at the bar was awful, just took ages but after waiting for 20 one night at the bar for 2 cokes I soled the problem by just making it a self catering holiday, took my own drink out with me and problem solved
