Since I started traveling I never met a good person like Mariana she is so kind so supportive and so available for the guest She showed me everything around she even went in the city with me just to show me around. That was so memorable for someone who Shoose to just stay at your place .she just tested me like her own soon and I appreciate that I just wanna thank you 🙏✅

Great location Helpful owners Super clean

The Apartment is very nice and clean. The Beach, the stores and the restaurants are easy to reach by walking downhill to Kebra Kanela or uphill to Palmarejo Praça Center. Evan was very friendly, I can really recommend the place.

very modern, European-style apartment in Palmarejo, close to the beach and to a number of restaurants. kitchen fully equipped, washing machine for laundry was also appreciated. we also got access to a very large external area. Quiet area meant good night sleeps. The owner also found us a very reliable and reasonably priced taxi from and to the airport.

we had some issues with plumbing during our stay - water drainage from the shower was a bit clogged which was fixed by the owner promptly. Also, we stayed here 2 separate times and it seems like the room preparation might have been a bit rushed the second time (maybe due to us booking a bit last minute, but still). Other than that, and independent of the apartment itself, we were a bit startled by the amount of people telling us not to walk in Praia due to safety reasons - but again, this was not the fault of the place itself, just seems to be a common concern everywhere in the city and especially during night time. Taxis abound and are very reasonably priced so use them.

I loved the location,close to all we needed, quiet neighborhood. House was clean,had a nice backyard. Felt very safe and was given some good tips by the owner for food, contacts for taxi, etc. Very close to kebra kanela beach,convenience stores and a great breakfast place.

Overall no complaints.
