nice property over 3 levels in a friendly location. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. views and top terrace was nice. nice neighbours.

as soon as you went in the front door the stench of smoke from smokers hit you! we wanted to walk away at that point as we are all non smokers. property needs to at least be ventilated or stop smoking indoors. the smell lingered all week, so not great. potential renters should be informed. single beds are pretty worn out and sofa bed is definitely going to give you a very uncomfortable night.

This is a lovely house split on multiple levels with a large living area, the bedrooms are well sized with plenty of storage. There is a really nice garden to the rear. The highlight for us was was the roof terrace with fantastic views.

The oven was very slow and lacked power

Location is great, roomy, well equipped kitchen with some staples already there, along with everything else. Outdoor space and terrace up top are particularly nice. Very nice to have decent speed wifi as the place is in a bit of a dead zone for mobile reception.

It was clean but some things were missed, e.g. spoiled meat left in the fridge from previous guests. Couldn't get dishwasher to work. Shower in second bedroom is okay but not great.

I liked very much the pool . Was perfect for the entire family and for the kid (3 years ).

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in one room , dog or cat hair was on all the carpets.

Great views of Benidorm from rooftop terrace!

The sofa bed in living room, needed if more than 4 people, is not practical with very heavy table to move around and no room.
