The location and transport facilities good. Information to the apartment and access very clear, a videoclip sent prior to the attendance with all the details. I had a good company with the other clients.

No towels and shower gel provided. I had attended at 22.30 and I couldn't get a shower due to no towels and shower gel, went early in the morning tu buy. No cleaner as been informed once a week every Friday. The room next to mine checked out a day after I have arrived. During the day someone just swap the floor pushing the dirt outside the door and been left there. The oven very dirty, windows dirty ,common areas full of dust

The kitchen and common spaces were extremely spacious and clean.

Of course I knew that before but it is about an hour from Paris center with public transportation.

I would stay in this apartment again. The flat is a very nice duplex, situated in a calm and green zone. Steve is a helpful and great host who is always ready to help you. He clearly describes the check-in and check-out in a message that he sends you and always stays in touch in case you need anything. The wi-fi connection is great: I had no problem with streaming videos, let alone working remotely. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary: a washing machine, all the necessary kitchen utensils, a capsule coffee machine, a stove. There is a smart TV with Netflix as well. A house cleaner passes once a week for the whole apartment cleaning. Although the bed sheets visually seem synthetic (they are disposable), they are, in fact, not and the bed is comfortable. As I have already mention the location itself is nice, and it is quite easy to get to Paris: Massy is connected to Paris (as well to the CDG and Orly airports) with a direct RER line. There is a bus stop near the apartment that takes you to the train station. There is a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy nearby.

Although not too far away, the apartment is a 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. The first time you get to the apartment you might get slightly lost, so be sure to have a map with you. There is no elevator in the building and the apartment is located on the third floor, so you will have to bring your bags upstairs yourself. It is not a hotel in a traditional sense: a house cleaner passes only once a week, so you have to clean after yourself and sometimes take out the trash. No towels, shampoos etc. are given, do not forget to bring your own.
