Wifi was a horrible experience.

Hotel and staff was great. Metro was walking distance to the city.

The only negative was they didn't have tea/coffee facilities. However when we asked at reception,they did provide us a kettle.

strange first feeling when you come - industrial area, outdated building… BUT: rooms are spacious, beds comfy, reception people were very supportive, quite good dinner available in the hotel restaurant. And very good connection by metro to Turin center in 16-17 min once you enter the train. Metro station is within 10 min walk from the hotel.

The area doesnt seem like a place for a hotel, more of an indestrial zone, I was surprised when I arrived (in darkness)

The location was not the greatest, half the bed was flat the other half the bed was on an angle, the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work the floor in the shower was very slippery, coffee machine in the breakfast area didn't work

Reception staff lovely, very helpful lady - a credit to the hotel. Large, very comfortable and well equipped room...BUT

We woke coughing during the night as cigarette smoke entered our room through the air vent, it was just awful. Bad service at evening meal and food generally very poor. Dining room was scruffy. Hotel unappealing outside and in a shabby area.

We had a great and spacious room, with even a small balcony. We appreciated the airconditioning. The room felt quiet and secluded. Free parking.

BEWARE of the location. For us this was a disappointment: it's located in the outskirts of Turin. Even getting to the metro was a boring and pretty long walk, making it difficult to just spontaneously go into the city/return.

I booked one double room with 2 single beds, than the plans has been changed and I asked same room with king size bed. I got a written co formation for this exchange from hotel, but then instead I got the room with 3 single beds and it was really weird.

Easy parking, decent wifi, comfortable beds and a fancy shower.

AC (air conditioning) was a little weak for our room. It couldn't keep the upstairs cool.

The kids loved the breakfast. Unfortunately, my husband and I, both vegan, didn't have many options.

We arrived at about 23.00. The staff confirmed several times that the reception was open 24 hours so that was fine. Unfortunately, the receptionist ( male) was quite unpleasant and unprofessional. I had to insist that I booked 2 rooms - 1 family room and one double room ( family of 5). It was only at the 3rd time that he finally gave me ( threw over) the second key. He also got cross when I said that I wasn't leaving the passports at reception ( the main door was open and anyone could get in and access reception as I verified while waiting in front of an empty reception upon arrival). The day staff seemed very friendly and professional.
