Raňajky na nízkej úrovni, vždy to isté, dokladali až keď boli prázdne podnosy, káva hrozná, v izbe hlučná a potom aj nefunkčná klimatizácia, zastaralé vybavenie izby ( kúpeľňa už niečo zažila). Na štyri hviezdičky absolútne nesiahal hotel.

Its central location - the room was spacious and comfortable- housekeeping efficient - receptionists very friendly - breakfast abundant - a l a carte restaurant offers very good service and good food
The lift is too small as it does not hold more than 4 persons. When a large group arrives for check in or check out , use of lift becomes congested.
The wellness and spa are also a bit small.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna - samo centrum przy ulicach z mnóstwem restauracji i fajnych knajpek . Pokoje czyste , smaczna restauracja - możliwość wykupienia obiadokolacji w formie szwedzkiego stołu .
Parking pod hotel jest bardzo mały i trzeba korzystać z oddalonego kilkaset metrów dalej parkingu podziemnego . Dodatkowo przy hotelu są dwie rampy i trzeba długo czekać żeby je ktoś otworzył …

La posizione è eccezionale, di meglio non so puó a Fiume. Molto belle la hall e le sale da pranzo. La camera molto ben arredata, confortevole e dotata di ogni accessorio e biancheria da bagno. Lo staff, molto competente e disponibile, mi ha anche aiutato, trovandomi io in una situazione un po' particolare con mio marito ricoverato in ospedale.

La posizione, la hall, la colazione, alcuni addetti alla reception molto gentili...non tutti.
Le camere non sono assolutamente all'altezza della hall né della cifra richiesta! Ne ho cambiate due: la prima aveva la moquette puzzolente, la seconda ha l'impianto elettrico obsoleto. Per poter caricare il mio cellulare ha dovuto venire un addetto a mettermi una ciabatta nell'unica agibile che però non funzionava. Anche i serramenti sono da rinnovare: sono al 5° piano e si sente la gente che parla in strada. L'arredo è piuttosto vecchio e al posto delle lenzuola ci sono copripiumini ripiegati che di notte si appallottolano e servono a poco. Nella prima camera al 4° piano non erano neanche le 8 del mattino e le donne delle pulizie parlavano a voce alta nel corridoio. Sono costretta qui perché ho il marito ricoverato all'ospedale di Fiume ma per quello che pago dovrei avere di più in termini di camera.

El bany no es correspon amb el que esperàvem per la categoria de l'hotel. La banyera molt alta, el lavabo petit Complia justet. Poc espai per posar el "necesser", el secador de cabell molt rudimentari. Necessita una reforma a fons i més amplitud.

We liked everything, there was no issues. The perfect location, everything you need is in the near. The room was big. The breakfast was great, so many options and very good quality. We loved it and would come back to Rijeka only for this hotel and the amazing food in Rijeka itself.

Used booking bad move. If I reserved directly with hotel would have been charged a day rate since I did not sleep there was waiting for the catamaran, so just spent a few hours there hotel told me next time just to call them direct. I would’ve gotten a day rate a lot cheaper live in learn

Excellent location right in the center near the Korzo boulevard, nicely renovated hotel, friendly staff, extensive breakfast, spacious room, nice bar with outdoor terrace

Location was perfect, just in the heart of Rijeka. Very quiet thanks to double-glazed windows. Very friendly staff, they were calling a taxi every day of our stay.
Breakfast was fine, but it was the same every single morning. The hotel staff may consider adding some daily variation.

The room was large and bed comfortable. The air con was good. There was a good and plentiful breakfast.
One of the towels was dirty (used). We had to fix the shower head before using the shower. There was only one charging point in the room to charge our phones.
The restaurant only had one vegetarian meal (which was only a starter soup) so not very flexible dining for all guests.
They never replied to any messages sent but expected that we should pre-check in sending us multiple emails, everything designed to suit the hotel and not the guest.

very nice hotel, good location, large bedroom, nice breakfast room, very helpful staff.
we were there during concert time, the champagne bar in the square finally stopped playing loud DJ music at 2.45am and two days later another concert but only till midnight. Hotel offered us a room on the back but we preferred to stay put. They said they couldn’t do anything about the noise but it is a government run hotel!

The hotel is centrally located and thus convenient for someone who wants to take a walk in the town centre . However, parking is very problematic
I could not sleep at all! I explicitly wrote that I was coming on business and that I wanted a quiet room. I was put on the lowest floor, facing the street and an incredibly loud bar which had loudspeakers blasting until 00:45!!! All I wanted from the hotel was to have a good night sleep, and the incredibly loud bass beating gave me a huge headache, so I did not sleep at all! I really expected more for 151 euro/night!

Spacious, spotless hotel bang in the most exciting part of the centre, almost on the harbour. Very spacious room with large bay windows overlooking the old town and harbour. Very good breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff.but surprising that no tea coffee maker in room! The smart tv was a welcome perk though. Very recommended!

Breakfast was great. Lobby was beautiful halls were clean and staff was kind and my pet was welcome. Awesome price during carnival.
Bed was a bit too firm and I like hard beds.
I didn't like the carpet in the room. Move to a hard surface, it's easier to clean especially since you allow pets.
Shower was a fold out in the bath tub so easy to get water everywhere and hard to get in the shower without folding in the glass wall. The bathroom floor didn't slope towards a drain and the drain backed up after prolonged use of the sink.
