Meget fint hotell med interessant historie. Badekar på bad, og godt vanntrykk. Stort rom. meget hyggelig betjening. Parkeringskjeller.

Frokostbuffeen var mangelfull. vi kom 30minutter før stengetid, var fritt for brød, smør, hvitost, brunost, egg, bacon og gaffler. kom etterhvert brød og hvitost. puten i sengen var alt for høy til å ligge behagelig.

Das Hotel selbst ist im Inneren sehr dunkel gehalten. Ist zwar reine Geschmackssache, wirkt aber doch etwas altbacken. Frühstück und Abendessen sind im Vergleich zu anderen - auch Clarion Hotels - eher nach unten herausgefallen. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt passabel, hat aber ihre besten Zeiten wohl schon länger hinter sich. Das Hotel hat eine recht kleine Tiefgarage - man sollte vorbuchen. Parkplätze im Umfeld scheint es nicht allzu viele zu geben. Das ZImmer selbst war geräumig - die Betten waren bequem und es war sehr leise.

Clean and food was amazing

Staff was very helpful....there were road works in front of Hotel and they guided us to drive around to the garage. The garage is a bonus at 250Kr. Breakfast starts at 6.30 and is very good and varied with warm and cold dishes, fruit and croissants. The meal included in the room rate contained soup, salads and burgers mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables.

This is my go-to property in Bodo now after trying a few other hotels. I love the history with the displays and photos in the hallways, the rooms are comfy, and the staff always friendly and attentive.

Clarion Collection Hotel Grand Bodø is very centrally located, right next to Glashuset, Koch Shopping Center and the main shopping street (Storgata), 5 minutes walking away from the inner harbor. Museums like the Salmon Center are also within easy walking distance. The hotel prides itself with being environmentally friendly and "hyggelig" (cosy) - and it really is. The breakfast room/dining room is spacious and there's soft background music playing. The breakfast buffet is very rich and provides something for everyone. The rooms only get cleaned on request if you're staying for more than 1 night, which is in line with their environmentally friendly presentation, and was also preferred by me. Included in my stay was breakfast, afternoon cakes and dinner - unfortunately I wasn't often able to take advantage of this abundance due to my plans. The front desk staff is very friendly, they allowed me to store my rental bike in the hotel garage. The Wifi was very stable and reliable.

There was nothing I didn't like, actually, except that my stay in Bodø was too short. Expectations exceeded.

Hotel very well placed but the most important were people, very helpful during booking, many messages proactive and also the people from the hotel. Really appreciate you, gentlemen! Also, they have offerings for activities at the reception and offer an included dinner that can be very valuable if you are hungry, tired and on budget. Breakfast very good, for 1-3 days s lot of variety.

Around the hotel is a construction yard that blocks the streets. Noise was a few around 10-11 in the morning, no problem at evening. Dinner is very simple, if you don’t like pasta or mayonese … not much there. But is free, so it’s giving you the choice to eat there or go for a better place. We spotted at least 2 good places to eat in the center.
