Very lovely host. Great cosy place and amazing breakfast. Highly recommend.

Nicky really cares about her guests! Welcome tea and an „own“ living room if you stay in a room. Everything was well equipped with new bathrooms but you still feel the atmosphere of the old house. Breakfast was delicious and there’s a special every day. We enjoyed staying here!

It's a small and warm apartment in a farmhouse, a typical English cottage, with a low ceiling of wooden beams. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and we had convenient parking in the courtyard of the inn.

The cottage was bright and comfortable and in a perfect location for touring around.

Nothing to dislike.

Unbelievably friendly host and a beautiful house with plenty of space. Room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We were made to feel so welcome! House is very well looked after and had been renovated beautifully. Breakfast was really good and kept us going for our early starts exploring Dartmoor!

I changed my mind and had breakfast as I didn't have to get up and out at some stupid hour and was so please that I did. It was not problem with Nicky and the food was excellent.

The noisy water system when the people in the other room turned the tap on 'full welly' just as I had gone to sleep.

Really excellent accommodation even plenty of car parking space. Lots of homely additions and the landlady Nicola was very accommodating nothing was too much trouble. A first class breakfast with many choices.

Host made us very welcome on arrival . We had a welcome pack of food and drink. We were there for a week and the lady was very helpful in all ways.The place was very clean and homely, nice and warm

Our host was very welcoming and our room was excellent. The bathroom is huge ! The house is beautifully furnished. We slept with the window open and it was totally quiet. Easy access to Dartmoor. Highly recommended.

Nicky is a fantastic host running a lovely B&B. The rooms were newly renovated and the shower was fantastic. In the evening Nicky served cocktails in the small bar downstairs where also other drinks were available in a little fridge. Her home made fresh fruit salad is amazing and there was a wide choice of breakfast including a daily special.

Breakfast was very good recommend the fresh fruit All presented beautifully.

Our host was lovely, offered daily cocktails at 6.30pm. Breakfast was superb. Onsuite bathroom was on the small size for bigger people but spotless.

Car parking could be difficult when accommodation full but OK for our 5 night stay.

Our host Nicky was really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was very comfortable with an especially comfy bed, we both slept very well. Spacious and well-decorated bathroom. The breakfasts were great, very well cooked and we especially enjoyed the optional and changing daily cocktails at 18:30 just before we went out for dinner.

There were no drawbacks or complaints with the Country House. We thought everything was just as we hoped to find and we would definitely recommend Nicky's B+B to everyone who wants to visit and tour round Devon.
