The hosts were absolutely amazing throughout the stay

Just one glass,no wine glasses,living room could,no bed lamp.

the heating is good

basic is an understatement. No plates to mention, poor collection of cooking equipment and no tea towels. it’s a converted office that is not comfortable but it serves a purpose if a solo traveler. it’s not cheap

clean and double bed was comfortable

the sofa bed was poor and the lack of mirrors and electricals

it was clean and had everything you needed

the location wasn’t great the building itself was very noisy

Central location. Clean, quiet, warm flat. Plenty of shops, cafes,pubs etc.

What's not to like ? A slight whiff from the kitchen sink, but a drop of disinfectant will stop that

Nice kitchen and bath room enough space.

Reception room is no even one chair to sit & no light. Bathroom don't have mirror. Sofa bed is very bad. No wardrobe.

Rowdy in the building at night. I came bk to property 9.30. On Fri evening to 8 police officers in hallway near flat 6. I was told to stand their. I did explain who I was. And I had booked room. They were apparently looking for a resident with medical needs. Bathroom handle lose. Mice rats running around behind building. Coul do with more seating. As 4 people could not sit on one settee. Poss microwave mite be idea. Maybe somewhere to hang clothes. And bedside cabinets. Was very disappointed. We were their for a wedding. Didn't feel safe going out and back in unfortunately .

it was dirty we booked for 3 people, but there were only 2 sets of things, such as only 2 shower towels, cups and seats. In addition, there was not enough cutlery (just one fork). We informed the property about this when we arrived, and still have not heard back. There was also no mirror in the bathroom and no hand or floor towels. The curtains let a lot of light through (there is a streetlight right outside the window), and it is a very noisy location. We were on the top floor and there was no lift in the building. The additional bed was extremely uncomfortable and dirty

Kitchen area definitely had not been cleaned and no bedding provided for my 6 year old daughter that came with me to stay. Luckily we brought our own.

these are not ‘apartments’ as described. it is an office block turned into HMOs that shouldn’t be advertised as apartments.

host didn’t provide access details until 5pm there is a nightclub right outside the property the property was taking deliveries of cookers at 4am on a Saturday morning!
