Clean bathroom.

That the advertised pool has not been available for use for several months and guests were not aware until check in, when we were given a piece of paper. As we had chosen the property because of the pool, it was misleading to continue advertising it and also not to discontinue advertising in the lift. It would have been much better Customer Service to inform guests prior to arrival. Makes the hotel appear as though it wasn't a big deal. Very disappointing service.

the location is great very convenient and easy access. The the staff is really nice and helpful good parking area

the cleaners came at 4 pm and they said they could not come any other time the mattress is a little bit to old and not really comfortable the value for money is not the best, specially for Portugal. They breakfast was not included, they did not offer anything as courtesy as water for example. They don't offer iron or ironing board.

sadly no food was available and had to order from uber eats.. I then had food poisoning. Not the hotels fault at all.. but it just made the whole experience much less memorable

Staff were young and friendly and keen to help

We prebooked a baby cot and on arrival were told it was in the room. It wasn't in the room. We had to call several times and waited several hours, and our baby needed to go to sleep. When it did come, it was dirty and only had the hard board (travel cot) and no mattress. We had to fold the duvet and use it as padding under the sheet. The air-conditioning in our room wasn't working and it was a similar story of many calls and long waits, before we went down to the front desk and only then were helped. My mother's room next door also had an issue with the aircon (kept turning itself off, apparently this is normal), she had an uncomfortable 2 nights. There is also no irons available. There is a laundry but you pay for the ironing.

A large bed, even my 6ft 3" son fit on it. Also very comfortable mattress and pillows. Coffee was excellent.

Decoration a little faded. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were inedible.

Good location for family wedding nearby. Modern large rooms

Pool was closed due to maintenance (although was advised the week before on this). Asked for an iron to iron shirt/suit for wedding and they had no loan iron or even an ironing room in the hotel, which I found most bizarre for what is essentially a business hotel. Some other guests had a suit sent out to a dry cleaners for ironing to compensate, but this took time.
