This hotel is spotless, some parts newly decorated with excellent designing. There are rooms for residents to relax, especially a comfy one without a TV. The staff everywhere were verge friendly, chatty and very welcoming as well as being helpful with a smile. We wanted a room near a lift with a walk in shower and got exactly that. Great menu for meals and excellent breakfast fare.

The steps down rob the dining room. They were hard for someone who had difficulty getting around.

I liked that it was close to the Coast and Cliffs of Moher and that we also had a hot tub to use. The breakfast was also really good.

I felt the staff were less than friendly. It was confusing walking around. Everything around the hotel was closed and the beds were uncomfortable.

Hotel staff, Facilities, Food and location were excellent. I hope to return in September.

Distance form the overflow car park to the reception area is to long in bad weather.

Made to wait 3 hours to check in, even though booking.com said between 1-2pm. Really bad customer service. Should have been offered something complimentary to make up for the inconvenience.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the stay at the hotel. Staff were so helpful and the girl who checked us in was so friendly and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was excellent there was a great selection and it was to a very high standard. The room was bigger and better than expected. Overall excellent experience

Room was spotless and very comfortable. Location was excellent, adjacent to all Lahinch has to offer. It is a great base to discover the west coast of Clare. The hotel has been revamped to a very high standard and offers quality all round.

Breakfast in the hotel, as in many, has got expensive.

Felt rate was overpriced for what it was. Have stayed in hotels that were and felt 4* - this didn't reflectice of its rating. Room had no phone to call for reception etc. So had to use personal phone and call main line. No room service etc. offered. Room was also cold as no heating on until next morning.

I had an exceptional stay of 2 nights at the Lahinch Coast Hotel Co. Clare. First impressions last and the Lahinch Coast Hotel definitely did just that for me and my 12 year old son. The decor was beautiful, the colors very warm and relaxing, blending harmoniously with hints of nature through colous and natural wood hall tables. The owners Brid and John were the nicest people imaginable. Very attentive to the needs of their guest. They were amazing!! Very family orientated and very professional towards all who arrive at their hotel. The hotel staff from receptionist, porter, food chefs(delicious breakfast each morning and a wide range to suit everyone's dietary needs) to John at the hotel swimming pool who gave us some great tips on our swim experience at the hotel. The many floor staff were courteous, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend the Lahinch Coast Hotel to anyone planning to visit Co. Clare. I will definitely stay there again.
