Really friendly staff and homely atmosphere

Hosts were lovely, room was clean and quiet. Food was scrumptious. All the staff were very helpful. A gem in Blackpool. Tyson the dog was an added bonus

Only think was our room far too small couldn't get much room to move around

The guy tried to get me to cancel booking.com and because I wouldn’t our breakfast was reduced to continental the room was smallest room I’ve ever had but if I cancelled he would of give me a bigger room with full breakfast the sheets were left absolutely dirty as anything , this hotel should be struck off

it was very clean and we’ll kept. plenty of room around the place. food was lovely and the owners where lovely people there interacted with there guests and nothing was a problem to them. felt very welcome and relaxed.

All previous reviews were spot on. Met at the door with a lovely welcome. Paul and Richard could not have done enough for us. Nothing was any trouble. They really engaged with all of the guests. Beautifully well-maintained, immaculate hotel. Freshly-cooked, delicious breakfast. Loads of small touches that added to the experience. First time there and it will be our go-to place from now on.

A warm welcome , a lovely clean comfortable room in a perfect location literally two minutes to the seafront .Great nights sleep and a fabulous breakfast

I can honestly say we was not disappointed at all could not find a fault the room was nice and clean the whole hotel was nice and clean the breakfast was amazing good choice the staff were polite and helpful Paul was such a nice host will deffo recommend and return in the future 👌

From minute you walk through the doors you can tell how clean the place is. The staff where all smiles and friendly. The room was good size and was exceptionally clean not one bit of dust nothing. Bathroom was spotless with good shower and fluffy towels. Beds where very comfortable. In the morning the breakfast came quick and was cooked perfectly loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The bed was a bit too small for a friend group so if your staying with friends il recomand separate beds

The rooms where clean. The bed where so comfy, Quite a few tea and coffee sugar milk and biscuits in the room. the staff where all so lovely. Breakfast tasted really good and was filling. The hotel is in a good location not far from the Piers, rides and the beach I would say like a few minute walk if that.

The owners were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are quite small, however very very clean and modern. The food was lovely. Overall a really nice place to stay. Excellent price and just around the corner from the beach.
