The apartment made our stay wonderful. Fantastic roof terrace, good beds and perfect location.

I give only 1/10 points for this apartment, under other circumstances I would give 10/10. Why? See next chapter. Beside this, I like to recommend this apartment for all others who calculate + 150,-Zl for their stay. The location is one of the best I had in Sopot, very close to the beach, silent, beautiful house. Everything is close, small shops, bars, Monte Cassino, Bar Przystan, etc. The apartment is light with all the windows, air conditioning systems are available to cope with the heat during summer time. The kitchen is equipped and nice. Who like to watch TV has two screens. One in the bed room, very comfortable. The bathroom is nice as well. Everywhere enough space. Really well feeling. Biggest highlight is the terrace on the roof with view to the Baltic sea. To spent there some time with a good drink it’s amazing.

First time in my life I received after my stay a channel from a debt collection agency, with the request to pay 150,- Zl for damages in the apartment. Damages are show with photos as bed not made, pillows not accurate on the couch, two glasses not washed, some sand from the beach on the floor, garbage not provided outside, and one plate from the fridge not putted back inside. Somehow I left 50,- Zl on the table for the view things I could not clean up, because it was time to leave the apartment. I like to stay a bit longer, but this was denied even the apartment was free, no guests planned. I refused this request with view mails, but after one week now I have no feedback from the debt collection agency. Unfortunately, I got also no support from booking.com. In order to prevent problems in Poland, because I’m German, I paid the requested amount and contacted my lawyer to clarify the issue. Small money, but in fact I damaged nothing, final cleaning was inclusive, and I left some Zloty for the additional effort. This request makes me really sick. Not so nice was that the WLAN was not available and also no feedback from the owner, one half toilet paper roll was available and dishes were not clean. And salt and pepper were empty. It’s normally not a deal, but in the spot light that the apartment is fully equipped according description and the request from the debt collection agency … it’s a bitter taste.
