Easy to find, easy to park (outside the hotel), super friendly staff, nice character in the hotel, fabulous location, and room with 'atmosphere' and a balcony.

Everything was fine - nothing not to like

Comfortable, well looked after, good bed. Location is excellent because it is close to everything you need, it couldn't be better.

From the start ,excellent. I had asked to leave luggage early to return later and on my return I found that my luggage had been transferred to I say room but it was more a small cottage in a private area ! From that start it continued at that level ,with excellent breakfast and hotel services generally..

The.hard decision making in where to eat amongst the wonderful restaurants in area !

super location, walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants of Collioure. Very clean. Great stay

Beautiful spot, friendly and very helpful staff.

Our room next to reception was more like a mini suite with shower room & WC a couple of steps down from the main room. Plenty of space with eye catching decor in all the rooms we were able to see. Breakfast was 3* but plentiful and fresh. Nice coffee! The service was exceptional, I heard that the hotel group recruits from ex Air France cabin staff-they all appear to have been business/first class trained as their customer service skills are rarely found these days even in establishments charging much higher prices.

A minor point, maybe non-slip material on the shower tray, I forgot to ask. All else at 4 standard for a 3*. We did not have a car which was a benefit as parking is limited at this hotel and the sister hotels nearby. Almost everything you need is within walking distance and a rest from driving would be welcome to many.

The staff was very friendly & helpful, suggesting the best ice cream shop (just 3 doors down), making a dinner reservation & letting us borrow cutlery/plates to have an appetizer hour with items we had bought in the market. The room was very comfortable & clean. The location was perfect - very close to everything!

Rooms very small, bar fridge didn’t get cold so useless, One particular staff member was very dismissive both days we were there - the other staff were lovely but this particular woman had no interest in helping with simple requests

The location, very central. And the attractiveness of Collioure itself. Pleasant and helpful receptionists.

The cramped room, and the rather small breakfast room necessitating guests using it in shifts. Confusion over whether there was parking available (websites differed).
