Beautiful character filled rooms overlooking the river, right on the Krämerbrücke, excellent breakfast and on-site parking!

No one likes paying for parking, but you don’t have much choice in the city!

Location in the centre of the old town is fantastic. Tastefully furnished rooms. Excellent breakfasts.

There is no kettle in the room for making hot drinks.

Everything! Perfect location, close to everything, great views of Krämerbrücke, lovely rooms, good breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. Would totally recommend!

Bathtub is quite high, for old people or clumsy people a risk to get in and out or if (shower is there).

Excellent location, great breakfast and friendly staff.

You can hear noise in the street, but location is perfect.

The location is very good when you are in the hotel, it is right beside the bridge in the centre of the town. However getting from the railway station you have to navigate son=m every narrow cobbled streets with minuscule pavements (too narrow for the usual size of wheeled luggage) One night time receptionist was very friendly, chatty and helpful

Breakfast was very variable. First day (I was there for 3 nights) tables are set and cleared properly with large choice of items. Next 2 days at the same time it was difficult to get a clean table, hunting for cutlery, certain food items not replaced. Air conditioning in the room was inadequate. Despite whatever temperature you set it kept reverting back to 22 degrees. I has booked room which had a lounge area with bedroom set off it. The air conditioning did not reach the bedroom. Fortunately I could have windows opened in the bedroom to the internal courtyard, which was fine until it became too noisy as the breakfast service was set out. Insufficient lighting in lounge area. One night time receptionist was specifically very friendly, chatty and helpful . Had a long conversation with her on one quiet night. However some of the reception staff would just ignore you as you waited to be served. Essentially the place could do better

One week in Germany, four hotels, and this was by far the best of the lot. We had one of the rooms overlooking the "bridge", and it was exceptional. It was huge, the beds were great, the room had coffee service (A BIG plus) and air-conditioning (also a BIG plus). The full service front desk was staffed by excellent individuals who did a wonderful job explaining what to see and how to get to the places we wanted to see. Included underground (free) parking was very welcome.

Great breakfast, lovely room

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind to our child who was jet lagged and running around the lobby at three in the morning. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and had something for everyone.the location was perfect for walking through the city and a playground right outside.
