The beds were comfortable. The location is 7 minutes walk to west Station.
We were in room 7 with a private bathroom. The washroom is a closet that is converted to a space for toilet and shower (the sink is outside in the room) it is too small with a glass door. Whoever is using the toilet is transparent to the other person in the room. It was so inconvenient that we had to use the common bathroom in the lower floor. There is also a sewer smell in the room coming from this so called bathroom. This hotel does not have a receptionist so forget getting any help. Thanks to Sora in the breakfast area who gave us tips and helped us.

The location, friendliness of staff, complementary breakfast, and overall value was excellent. I visited with my wife and 3 kids. They are able to combine two rooms to comfortably and affordably accommodate large families. Our room had a balcony, which we loved. It provided views of the mountains, paragliders, and the bustling restaurants below. The person managing breakfast is so friendly and the kids loved their hot chocolate in the mornings.

The breakfast provided was good, the lady who took care of us was so friendly and went out of her way to help answer any questions about Interlaken and surrounding areas. The location was easy to find, quiet and close to a bus stop.
Our room on the third floor was a little tricky to navigate the stairs with heavy suitcases - best to keep in mind there is no lift if you have any physical restrictions. Our room had shower and toilet facilities, and while clean, they were very basic and tiny. The frosted glass door was off-putting too.

Location was right in the middle of town! Breakfast buffet was good. We had a room with a shared toilet and shower and were pleasantly surprised to find that we only had to share it with one other room! Jessica was the best!

Friendly staffs, clean and big room for family, nice mountain views from our room, and great location. Very near with Interlaken west, and the city centre. There are many halal restaurants near the hotel, which is very amazing for us, as Muslim traveler! :) Thank you hotel Blume, for making our stay in Interlaken so memorable. Definitely will come back if we come to Interlaken again :)
I have a struggle and need to wait for quite long time to reach the receptionist for some urgent questions in one night. Even when I have called the receptionist number multiple times. I need to go up and down to second floor around 4 times only to meet the receptionist, because the receptionist who has shift that night left the phone on the receptionist table. They only provide coffee without tea bags in the room. I need to buy a box of tea outside the hotel when when we urgently needed a cup of hot tea.

Just about everything at the property was amazing. The best was their welcoming nature for every customer. The owner of the property was so kind about everything and serves the best coffee in the mornings for breakfast. The rooms were super clean, heaters were perfectly working, the toilet and the bathrooms were fully functional and amazing. The complimentary breakfast daily morning would make your day and energise you for the day’s trip. Their hospitality was indeed unbeatable

Near the train station, great breakfast clean room, very accommodating staff, the apartment has no lift so we need to carry the bags in the third floor, it has a coffee machine inside the room so we can enjoy a cup of coffee anytime we want
