We had several family members from around the country join us for a visit in St. Louis and this home was perfect. There's privacy in the spacious layout. We loved the numerous bedrooms with varying layouts and bed offerings. Everyone was able to choose the best fit for themselves. The location is fantastic as well! It's near lots of beautiful sites like the Botanical Gardens and many closeby amenities.

The house is nice but it is an older home that is needing a little love here and there. Outside steps and handrails need work, especially for older guests and little ones. There was a random hole in the floor by a couch in the living room that led all the way down to the basement where the lights were strangely always on. There was a basket of cords by the same couch which is not ideal with toddlers. Carpet on the stairs and upstairs is getting pretty old. There was a watermark on the ceiling in the bunk bed room. The biggest thing I wish I would have looked at when considering my options were the roads. The house is across the street from Tower Grover Park which is amazing and had a great Farmers' Market Saturday morning. However, the house is on a large and very loud intersection. Our sleep was interrupted every night by ambulance or police sirens and what sounded like cars drag racing on Kingshighway Blvd. In terms of cleanliness, the house was good. My only request would be for hand towels in every bathroom and bath towels that wrap around someone bigger than a 5 year old.

House needs thorough deep cleaning. Ceiling fans and vents dust and grime covered. Counters needed cleaning on our arrival. Outside area had a lot of street liter that should be cleaned.

We had a great time in St. Louis and thouroghly enjoyed staying at this home. It was very close to everything we wanted t do. Just minutes from the Arch, Zoo, The Hill, Ted Drews ice cream, ect. The home was very clean and well stocked. Had many beds for large families to vacation together. The neighborhood was very nice and there is a park across the street. The host was very good about checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in St. Louis.

We came over MLK weekend, this space was perfect for 10 friends to get together and hangout in the frigid temperatures! The host was so easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable! We really appreciated all the rooms!

Overall, the house was pretty great. We had a pretty substantial sized group, and it fit us comfortably. The only disappointing thing was that we had to wait over an hour past the listed check-in time, which is already kind of late at 5 PM. But even through that, the host was very responsive and apologetic. Once we were in, everything worked and was clean, so there was really no complaints!

This property is ideally located close to the downtown. We were never more than 15 minutes from any attraction we wanted to visit.

We had a wonderful stay in St. Louis. The house is very convenient to so many activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, glasses, pans and more that a family of 14 needs to cook all of our meals for 7 days!. With family aged 7 to 83, the space was large enough to accommodate the ballgame watchers, card players and Lego playing kids! It was a 5 star stay!
