Location really good, very short walk to beach, with shops all around, supermarket 1 min away and restaurants up and down the road. Short walk to train/bus and to the marvellous steam train station. This hotel has the benefit of being away from main hotel reception so you have an independent feeling – no need to constantly say hello to Recep. Room was a good size and very clean, and very quiet (though there is an infant school next door and must have been summer creche so occasional shrieks!) Ground-floor room has a balcony that overlooks car park but is fairly screened by greenery and tall trees make it attractive setting. The Olympos restaurant downstairs was friendly and we were able to get a takeaway for our room one night (don't really like eating out every night) Staff were helpful with the few queries we had, although nothing done about Wifi

The Wifi was very poor, and only seemed to work once – rest of time had to hot spot on 4G. Couple of times were woken up by housekeeping knocking on door at 8.40 - a little early! Breakfast was adequate - friendly staff but food was nothing special and all buffet (appreciate this is a three-star property) Rooms would benefit from some self-catering facilities as Baabe is a great seaside location but you don't want to eat out every night as a family on longer stays

WiFi was very bad. Most disappointing is staffs couldn’t do anything. Mobile network was equally terrible.

The position, the breakfast and the private parking

The room was too hot because there was no conditioned air. During the night we couldn't open the window because of big insects (bees). In our room the wi-fi did not work
