Wonderful location. Close to Old Town, train station and tour pickup location. Front desk staff were very helpful and breakfast staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was spacious. We stayed on the 1300 floor. We had a triple occupancy, so we got a corner room which is a little larger than the double occupancy rooms. We stayed Monday- Thursday and didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall we had an extremely pleasant stay.
The room rate was expensive but that is expected for Switzerland. No iron, toothpaste or slippers.

Sockets had USBs, the lobby looked nice, upgraded our room, but i don't even know if that was a bonus or not as there was multiple dislikes about the room. close to the station and town.
The rug in the room was stained, they didn't clean it properly. the room we was given was a poor design, i don't know if its the whole hotel but our room was not nice to stay in, they have a glass partition and you can hear everything through the glass, no lock on the door (luckily i was with my wife), the wardrobe is in the bathroom with poor ventilation, so if your hanging clothes they would be covered in condensation from the shower. no kettle in the room, only a coffee maker, had to request for a kettle. no mini fridge in the room. i felt the staff in reception had no personality at all or any welcoming experience, literally checked us in and didn't even say enjoy your stay. and on check out was the same, handed the key card back and that's all. it's a pretty hotel to look at from the lobby but the rest isn't great. there is a club next door so be warned it will get noisy.

Very good Location, easy to get around and staff were friendly.
Major negative point is that there is a night club downstairs and the music plays till 3:30am on Saturday (not sure about Friday). You can hear every beat so if you are a light sleeper you won’t be able to sleep so you will have to join the party downstairs.

Had extremely loud music on Friday and Saturday nights until 5 am. Could not sleep.would like a refund for those nights.

The hotel has many modern facilities and decoration, location is just perfect, the employees are very friendly and helpful. The room has a great big bed and has a lot of space, the bathroom is also very nice and big.
I just find weird to have a coffee main the bathroom area but wasn't that bad. All in all is a great hotel and I can just recommend!
Breakfast is not good enough for a 4 stars hotel, there was just one sort of cheese and I asked myself is this real?! I missed some cheese selection, salmon, and brown sugar.

The property itself is located at a good spot. however, the entrance is very badly placed, the toilet in the room smelled awful at our arrival and evening staff wasn’t very helpful at all.
evening staff (front office) unhelpful, the isn’t a sign on where the elevator is and the escalator doesn’t take luggage because it’s very small and when we asked, we were judged in a very arrogant way which we did not appreciate. coffee machine is in the toilets instead of being in the room (smelly toilets at our arrival) and the breakfast food isn’t fresh whatsoever. we asked for twin beds but they were stuck to each other and when we tried to call, no answer from front office!!!!!

We had the worst experience at a hotel. 3 nights the room was very hot as the air conditioning was not working. We complained every day but the issue wasn’t fixed. The manager at checkout was not at all responsive and said he couldn’t do anything. We are very disappointed.

Location and restaurant options were fantastic!
Gym equipment wasn't variable - no weights (barbells). Beds were hard and slightly uncomfortable.
