the room didnt have a wall between bathroom and room.... (it was open wall with glass) ... so I had to ask my friend to leave the room for me to take a shower. Also internet is horrible ( none) .. I had no way of connecting to the world. they advertise as free wifi... but there is no wifi... when I asked them about they said it is because I have an iphone......

Car parking was in a secure underground location.

A very comfortable night's stay. A little pricey for a Sunday night without breakfast included and the shower/ bathroom had a glass window, so no privacy if you want it. But it's a great location facing the port. Despite the weather not being so good we used the pool, which we hoped might be a bit bigger and heated and the sauna/steam room were both disappointing as not hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful however and we would consider coming back.

Not much we didn't like except for the glass window separating the bedroom and bathroom/shower. Also the pool was a bit smaller and colder than anticipated and the sauna/ steam room disappointing as both weren't at all hot.

The staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a very decent room.

The hotel needs a modern renovation. It doesn’t feel like a 4 start hotel. The room was super spacious that the most nice thing. It was clean but very outdated. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly. Also, they hotel has parking

Room was pleasant, swimming pool a lovely addition. Location couldn't be better

The glass window between the bed and the shower room was felt to be more of a nuisance than a benefit. For example at night switching on the light in the shower room dazzled my partner in her bed. Accessing the car park was very difficult, because of the restricted space. In addition it seems the entry and exit to the car park was via a one-way street.

Limited bar area and drinks. Paid online for second night, charged again on checkout and now need to wait a month for the refund. This could have been avoided with more communication and explanation.

The air conditioning didn't work... Apparently they had turned off their system and you had to ask reception to turn it back on . They don't tell you this at any point and hotel rooms are always stupidly hot so we had an extremely uncomfortable night!

location over the most gorgeous harbour. excellent beds and bathrooms

are r conditioning did not work but the manageress Linda and receptionist Magila did their best to explain and upgrade us to a VIP room.
