The rooms were spacious and clean. The view was beautiful over the sea. There was airco in every room. Location is good, about 7 min walk to the shopping mall the Point. Wifi works good.

There were noises from midnight till the morning. It comes from a lower level appartement. Unfortunately my daughter could not sleep due to the noises. On the pictures I thought there was an swimming pool on the balcony of our appartement. However that was not the case. Nevertheless my kids have enjoyed playing games in the well furnished living room and we have watched some movies on Netflix.

The view was stunning and I loved the location. The apartment had lots of space and four bathrooms, which was really nice as a big family. The tv in the living room had Netflix for the kids. Every second day the apartment was cleaned, and you got new sheets and new towels. I would recommend this apartment.

The kitchen is not made for cooking. If you turn on the hob and the oven at the same time, the power turns off. Also be aware that you will need to buy soap for the dish washer and a dish cloth. There is also very few utensils. I read the reviews before we went, so it wasn't a surprise and it didn't ruin our stay. Also the beds where very soft.

Well, instead of 3-bedroom apartment we got 2-bedroom, but on the other hand it was upgraded to penthouse, so I may forgive that :) There were few minor technical issues, but they were also quite fast handled by the staff. Also the elevator was playing tricks - do not trust the weight limit, that is written inside ;)

The apartment was really well placed and the sea view from the terrace was really nice. Spaces were pretty wide.

Unfortunately we’ve arrived and the apartment was settled for 6 people, but we were 7. The day after I reached with some difficulties the manager, but when I got in touch with her, they solved promptly the problem. I may also suggest to put at least water and some snacks. For a huge flight delay, we’ve arrived at 4 am and we didn’t found anything.

the apartment is huge and modern. I recommend it for a trip to Malta. the location was also perfect and the check in was seamless.

Location is fabulous and the apartment is spotless, large, comfortable, modern and well equipped - honestly can't fault it in any way. Well deserving of its good rating. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive to any questions.

Some basic provisions would have been the cherry on the cake. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper and perhaps some cooking oil helpful to most guests.

Very nice place, great for relaxing, great location on the quieter side of the waterfront (at least in the offseason).

In the first bedroom, when opening the window, which is towards the inside of the building, cigarette smoke overwhelms one (generally, quite a lot of people smoke over there), so recommend to not open it. It is also not the sunniest of places. The sun is mostly on the second terrace, which is not towards the water, and kinda ugly, but still a sundeck. Those things are relatively minor compared to the overall place and location. It is very nice there.

Well-equipped apartment in very good location in Sliema. Good for group of friends, but also for families. All day long see view from very nice terrace is extra bonus!

Excellent location in Sliema. All main ferry and sightseeing boats and buses in about 5-10 min walks. Many nice restaurants with good food variety. Apartment was comfortable for 5 persons, 3 bedrooms each with bathroom.

The size of the apartment and particularly how clean the apartment was. Having someone call about the cleaning/towels/sheets etc. every two days was fantastic. The view was perfect, and the air conditioning was a life saver. We do not cook in so I can't comment on utensils but there were certainly enough for the two of us. The balcony was spacious and clean, great for coffee in the early morning. No issues with showers, the large overhead showers were great. As I would expect it does take a while for hot water to reach the back bedroom showers, but it does arrive. There are a number of English and other language channels on the TV. Wifi was good at the front but weak in the back bedroom. The apartment was quiet and there were no sounds from the street reaching the bedrooms. The area felt safe to relax and walk around in. The nearest restaurants were about 1/2 km away. Getting a bus (bus stop literally across the road) - (most) would take you round to the busier port side or a taxi (eCabs have a taxi app which worked really well for us, probably with a higher charge though). Eventually got used to the buses and taxis as best means of getting round. There is no actual sand beach nearby just level rocky outcrops which people used for swimming. There is probably sand in there but all we saw were the rocky plateaus on which people stayed. Made arrangements for a late arrival and early departure to which we got a positive response, and which was much appreciated. Saved us a lot of bother.

This is being a bit picky, but the cups need to be way bigger. We bought a couple of mugs as we got tired of so many refills. Getting to the other side of Sliema meant going over a steep hill as this is the shortest walking route. I think this has been mentioned in previous despatches - some sort of small welcome pack (milk, tea/coffee sachets, a pack of buscuits etc.) for people arriving (particularly when nearby shops aren't open) would be a generous and thoughtful gesture. Lastly, the message I got through the bookings.com app. stated to look in the Apartment 14 box for keys and instructions on arrival, it actually turned out to be the apartment 10 box which at 11.30 approx. at night didn't do either of us any good. Other than that, it would have been a late night or emergency call for which we had tel. numbers. Once again, I am being picky - the apartment was great, very clean, good air conditioning, everything worked well. Public transport will get you to wherever you wish to go (including sandy beaches) and there's a bus stop nearby. Would I stay here again - I actually don't think so but who knows.

The comfort of the apartment, the fabulous balcony overlooking the sea, the cleanliness... everything! Before arrival it was always very easy to contact the reception to arrange some details. As we rented a car, it was exceptional to be able to store the car in the building's garage, with an elevator to the apartment's floor. Collaborating with John was an unusual availability and friendliness. Well equipped kitchen and supermarkets nearby. Beach in front of the apartment.

There was a leak in the apartment we had booked before we arrived so Cast Renting put us up in a hotel for one night before moving us to a new apartment. The apartment was fabulous with sea views, very clean and a great location. A special thank you to Sharon from Cast Renting as she was so helpful at all times and everything went so smooth. I would definitely book again with them next time I am in Malta.

The location is amazing. The apartment is new and the furniture modern. The veranda is the highlight of this apartment. You can enjoy the boats coming in and outside the marina . In the weekends it's a bit loud but if you close the veranda doors it's quiet inside. Also the host (Miss Andrea) was always very kind and helpful .

It would be a good idea if there was a small bottle of water as a welcomes gesture. Also some iceboxes in the freezer would also be very useful
