Everything was very nice, host was amazing, very prompt service, very courteous and helpful

There was nothing not to like

Spacious and very clean, with a very handy internal parking space and close to the beach promenade. The host Alessia was very nice and check in process super easy - we arrived late at night and were given self check instructions which were very clear, Alessia and her team were always available to answer Whattsap messages with questions.

Everythig was perfect. We had a really nice stay. Apartment is well equipped, cozy and clean. View from the terrace is amazing. Alessia is a great host. We will gladly come back!

We spent in the apartment 2 nights with my wife and 3 kids. The apartment was well equipped. The location is very good, close to the sea, the air also was really fresh. The car can be parked near the house in a closed area, so it is more safe to park there.

Alessia and Silvia are great hosts! The appartement was very clean and very well eqipped! For every of my questions the both are very kind and helpful! 😊 Location is great, we enjoyed the beautiful view to the sea. There was everything you need, a nice kitchen with gas stove, washing machine, drying rack, iron and air dryer and also adapter for socket. To our surprise, there was a huge dressing room in each room. And there was as welcome present coffee capsules and Amarettini as well as a carafe with water. You should visit the beautiful towns Grottammare and Treia as well as Torre di Palme.

The only disatvantage for us was the poor soundproofing of the rooms. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck that our neighbors watched TV very loudly at half past one in the morning.

Everything was great! Alessia is a lovely host. The apartment is really well located, the beach is literally within 3min-walk. Everything was clean, the apartment had a lovely smell. I would highly recommend and go back. 👍🏻☺️

The location is excellent, the top floor terrace has views of trees and the beach. There is a private beach at the end of the road. The house is part of a private street so on street parking and security are very good.
