Schlafcouch für Erwachsene Person nicht wirklich nutzbar. Müll stand die ganze Zeit vor der Zimmertür. Das Photo mit Blick aufs Meer ist nicht aus dem Appartment.

The location is quite good, the apartment is quite cold. The apartment itself is quite nice.

I didn't like the smell of the apparent. The walls are not in good condition - fungus. You can not open the windows. I told about it the landlord. I have already gotten a message from him that I didn't clean the apartment before leaving...

The place has an excellent location and is indeed 50m from a beautiful beach. It has indeed a view of the sea, but it is on the ground floor, and on a street, so this affect the view too. It has air conditioning and a fair kitchen. We especially liked the espresso machine.

We have the following recommendations for further improvement: a better description of the apartment that clearly states that it is a studio and the bedroom is not separated from the rest of the apartment; the apartment is comfortably equipped, but the floor carpets look very old and dirty, and a change would greatly increase the presentation of the place. Also, there is too many wardrobes, that a short term visitor hardly needs to use, but they feel the space, which is not big, and affect negatively its aesthetic. We could not find a wine or beer opener in the house, but wine glasses were provided.
