After staying on Hutchinson Island every summer as a child, I could not have been more thrilled when Katie was able to accommodate our last minute request to stay in her beautiful condo. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the most peaceful and relaxing place to spend a week. Great view, quick access to the pool and beach, and well appointed with everything we needed to feel right at home... with 3 kids, too! Katie was a fast communicator and ensured everything was ready for our arrival. She also responded to feedback on our stay and would have been quickly reachable... though there was nothing we needed the week we were there because everything was perfect! We were so happy to have found such a beautiful unit to stay in and hope that we'll be able to visit again soon! Thanks again, Katie, for a wonderful week!

We just finished a four night stay. The unit was very clean and as described in the listing. It was just steps past the pool to be on the beach. The kitchen was perfect and we made meals everyday. The pool was kept at 85 which was real nice. I would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Condo was immaculate. Beautifully furnished with updated appliances, bedroom furnishings, bathroom fixtures etc. Katie couldn’t have been easier and nicer to communicate with. Thank you !

This was a perfect rental for my family. We were in town for a wedding and we’re extremely pleased with the condo. Wonderful updates and very comfortable spaces for all!

Dreamy little beach condo with amazing views and everything you need. The owners did not skimp on the furnishings or decor and it really felt like we're in a wonderful little beach bungalow with the ocean outside our window. There's plenty of parking and a grocery store 5 mins away. We go to Stuart every year and we'll definitely be renting this place again.

This property was even nicer than the pictures. The beach is beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back!

The condo is just perfect!🙌

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights and the place was as described. There was a nice basket of snacks when we arrived. Our flights had been cancelled and delayed so we got in very late and you just use a key pad to get in. We didn't see many people there the whole time. The laundry was near the room and cost $1.50 in quarters. Grocery store is close by and lots of other stores and restaurants not that far away. We couldn't figure out how to close the beach chairs but once I looked it up on YouTube it was easy.

We absolutely LOVED this condo and location. It is steps away from the beach, which is beautiful and goes on for miles. The condo was PERFECTLY clean and I am very picky about cleanliness! It is decorated very nicely and the kitchen, furniture and fixtures seemed like brand new. The owner is outstanding and has thought of everything: thick towels, kitchen equipment, paper supplies, cleaning supplies and even a cute snack basket with a personal welcome note. The large balcony looks out over the ocean, and is a nice area to sit in with a large table and chairs, and a cute seating area with 2 chairs and a small table. The area of Hutchinson Island is ideal for families, and the town of Stuart (10 minute drive) has a cute downtown shopping/restaurant/boardwalk/amphitheater area. The Elliot Museum and Refuge Museum are within walking distance and are great museums for the whole family. Publix is a 5 minute drive from the condo. The condo is set off the main road so there is no loud traffic and mostly all you hear is the sound of the waves in the ocean. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. I honestly do not know the owner personally, but I cannot say enough good things about this condo, the location and the owner!

Our family had a wonderful week relaxing at this beautiful quaint and quiet condo. It had everything we needed and everything is brand new! Beds were comfy, pool was warm, tennis courts were right across the parking lot. We loved cocktails on the balcony listening to the waves crash on the beach. Katie was super responsive to all our questions. We would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo! It was in the perfect location, beach front (just steps from the beach) with a large balcony that we enjoyed using for morning coffee and afternoon happy hours! The inside of the condo was brand new, comfortable and in perfect condition- everything from the beds to the linens to the kitchen supplies! It was fully stocked with hangers, beach chairs, towels, and pool floats. It was spacious and extremely clean. Katie, the property manager, was extremely responsive answering all of our questions and the entire experience was perfect. We highly recommend staying in this condo and will absolutely be back!
