This was our second stay at this property and we are making plans to stay again next year.

I brought my kids to this property for a much needed beach vacation. We had a blast! The location is perfect and the host was very quick to reply and help with anything we needed. I can’t wait to come back to Port St Joe!

Exceeded expectations our expectations. Perfect location and loft along with great town. Spectacular sunsets!! Spacious clean and up to date decor. The management company was an absolute pleasure to work with. We plan to definitely go back to this hidden gem of a town.

We evacuated from Hurricane Ida and stayed in this beautiful pet friendly condo! It was perfect!

Check in was a breeze and we had more than what we needed in the rental. We were walking distance to the lighthouse/Bay and many shops. We hope to visit again.

Short walk to the bay. The alarms kept going off & wifi didn't work, but walking distance to everything. The AC worked great. Great view of the lighthouse. Kids got to watch Aladin on the lawn. We were amazed at all the hermit crabs! I recommend buying things from the cvs. The place had zero spices & no potholders, but had several things if you have a baby/ toddler.

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for us. Good local restaurants .. Sand dollar for breakfast.. Dagwoods for lunch.. Provisions for supper. Enjoyed the bay and close to Cape San Blas beautiful beaches.

My husband and my two young kids stayed here for about a week. The house was clean, very comfortable and in a great location. My kids loved the bunk room area. The bathrooms were very nice and clean, great washer and dryer and well stocked kitchen. My husband loved that it was close for him to put his boat in to fish and the kids, dog and I had fun going to the little beach hunting crabs and playing in the ocean. Walking distance to the Piggly Wiggly, downtown Port St Joe and a nice little path around the light house. Next time we need to stay in Port St Joe I would stay here again.

This was out first time to stay on the bay. It worked out perfect for us. We were close to all of the delicious restaurants in PSJ and just 15-20 minutes from our favorite beaches in Cape San Blas. The property and the owner are first class. We would definitely stay here again.

Went to Port St Joe fishing with my kids. The unit was brand new, clean and everything you would need! (Beach chairs, towels, appliances, cooking supplies) Great location, walking distance to everything (park, restaurants, shops, bay beach etc). Lisa the property contact was very helpful with any questions I had. Hope to come again!!

We had such a delightful time! The location was perfect and the property was beyond ideal. Every little thing was thought of and taken care of. Simply blissful.

My wife and I were amazed at how nice and well decorated the apartment was. We loved the location, as so much was in walking distance. It was very private even with the other apartment being used. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of a big beach!

We selected this rental because of its location in Port Saint Joe Florida and we were not disappointed. First, it is a very new construction and everything is in great shape. The location is top notch with easy access to downtown Port Saint Joe and all of its restaurants, the marina area, the lighthouse and park, and a small beachy area on the bay. It is a short drive to the beaches on cape San Blas, Saint Joe’s Beach, or Mexico beach. We were also able to drive 15 minutes and rent kayaks (Happy Ours) for the entire family on the bay. Communication from our host was excellent. They took great care of us during our stay. Top notch all around!

Right in the middle of everything and still private enough to enjoy your time there..with in walking distance to just about anything you want to do..

We visited in March 2021 and we throughly enjoyed our stay at The Tipsy Turtle West. The apartment was furnished with all necessary items for professional sleepers (teenagers) and novice to professional culinarian (mom). The place was spotless and decorated with stylish nautical embellishments. The location is within walking distance to serene bay beach, fishing pier, the historic light house, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed frequent walks in the park situated vis-à-vis the building, we explored the beaches in Cape San Blas, we admired the view from the top of the lighthouse, we visited the Staten Island Ferries and hoped they would be turned into a tourist attraction. Port St. Joe charmed us with the small town vibe all around and the hopeful and friendly atmosphere was exactly what we needed as we near the end of Covid pandemic. We hope to return and visit in the future. Thanks for having us.

Love Port St Joe and this property could not be in a better spot. Nice and new and very convenient. Great find.
