The breakfast was great, a large selection. We spent only one night in the hotel, but it suited us very well. Bus stop nearby. Easy access to the center. Paid parking in front of the hotel in the city parking zone.

Spacious soundproof room. Decent sized bathroom. Walking distance from old town. Good bus connection also to airport. Near bus stops for Mondello Monte Pellegrino. Two lifts. Good breakfast for our taste. Friendly staff.

The air-condionning was definitely unsatisfactory. Centrally controlled but temperature not low enough and ineffective. The room description is inaccurate so should be changed by booking.com.. No real air conditioning, no tiled floor in bedroom . My emails to the hotel were never answered.

The morning staff members are friendly

Everything.. the cleanliness level was extremely below average. The furniture is too outdated and poor. The chair fabric was torn. There was hair on sheets. The Mattress was very uncomfortable. We asked for a king sized bed, turns out in their dictionary they’re 2 mattresses next to eachother and you can tell from the gap in between. The Toilet door wouldn’t close properly. It’s too poor and old in every sense of the word. Not recommended at all.

a quiet place, clean, with good breakfast

The location was great, close to the city centre. The room was clean, has everything what we needed. The bed was comfortable. There is 24h reception which is a plus. Good price-quality ratio.

Maybe furniture is a little outdated, but we don’t need fancy furniture during our holiday. We think that main problem is load splush.

It is a very good basic hotel , a good value for someone not looking for luxury

Tons of dust and lots of nun-operational features: air condition was too weak, shower holder felt from the wall, 1 of the two elevators was a „personality“, working at its own schedule.

Perfect location. You can walk to the city center and it’s close to the airport bus stop and mondello bus stop. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily.

The breakfast was fair. The hotel is a bit old, the shower door was a little broken and the shower a bit leaking. No wifi at 5th floor. But still a good hotel and good value for the price. I do recommend
