Property as described. The place was very clean and comfortable Excellent location.

Great property at an unbeatable location. Communication with the owner was impeccable, fast and accurate. The building is located at the beach front, and the balcony oversees the ocean, with the view only obstructed by the gorgeous private pool. Two comfortable rooms, with two full bathrooms. Kitchen and living area with all you could expect in terms of equipment. A great stay on a fantastic location with great communication with the owner made our trip all the more enjoyable. We were two couples and the facilities exceeded our expectations.

There is very little not to like on this property. The only minor downside is that we had to bring our own towels. Unfortunately, the owner has had bad experiences with people stealing from her, so she has resorted to requiring guests to bring their own. While not a huge deal, when traveling with minimal luggage, this could become an issue.

The property and apartment very clean with amazing view of the ocean. The building and the access to the beautiful Pool was wonderful . The host very friendly and always available to answer all our questions. She is a super host. My family and I enjoyed our stay, looking forward to staying there in the future.

I loved every minute of my stay in this condo! Martha, the owner was exceptional! She went above and beyond to make my stay wondeful. For a fee, she even picked me up in Guayaquil, and took me to Playas. She gave me a tour as she drove there. She was always available to answer any questions, and gave us recommendations about where to go to eat, and where to go in Playas and in Guayaquil. Her place was spotless! There was everything I needed. I felt right at home. The staff was very frienly and helpful. I will definitely go again, and will recommend "Las carabelas de Colón" to all my friends and family".
