Wonderful location with a beautiful wrap around screened porch! Enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch each morning. Easy, beautiful bike rides to Seaside and Grayton Beach each day. Loved all the trees on the property shading the porch! Beautiful and relaxing beach vacation.

Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were very nicely kept and the whole house felt roomy even with 8 people in the house. The wrap around porch made for a perfect spot to enjoy the weather. The beach was a quick 3-4 min bike ride. We plan to book again for next year!

Great getaway.

Well equipped and very comfortable. An easy walk to the beach and the neighborhood is beautiful. My favorite thing was to open all the French doors and let the air flow through the house and enjoy the screened porch.

This beach cottage is a perfect getaway, just a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of trees and so close to the beach - we did the walk to the beach with our five kids, all under 8 years old, and they were totally fine. The house itself is cozy and sweetly decorated, with everything you need - gas grill, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The property manager was also so quick to respond to my many questions, which was appreciated. We can't wait to visit Seaside again next year!

Perfect location

Our family of 4 (2 teen daughters, hubby and I) absolutely loved this cute bay galore tucked in the woods easily walkable to the beach. This was our first time staying off 30-A, and after driving around Rosemary Beach and Seaside, we were so happy that we picked Sea Grove and especially this property. It was nestled in a cute, quiet, heavily wooded neighborhood directly off 30-A. We walked to the beach and took some of the beach chairs and the umbrella on the porch left by other guests (I assume) which was a huge blessing to us since we didn’t have room in our packed car to bring these items on our road trip from Texas. The house is well equipped with everything you’ll need. I bought batteries for 2 of the Wii remotes while we were there (the place has a stash of lots of Wii games). My husband and oldest teen daughter enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning. The bungalow is decorated so cute and was very homey and comfy. My family loves that kind of thing! Since I had never stayed on 30-A I wasn’t sure if I should pre-rent bikes or a golf cart. After scoping out the place, distance to the beach and distance to the nearby villages (Seaside, Ally’s and Rosemary Beach) we ended up not renting anything but walking to/from the beach and driving to the villages. It worked out just fine. Some families staying in the neighborhood had little wagons (like you find at Costco with rugged wheels) to haul beach stuff. Good tip for all of us! Overall, my family rates this bungalow our favorite beach location. We will definitely be back!

Great cottage- clean, good location and very helpful owners.

The location of this property is ideal. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to Seaside. The house is eclectically decorated and had adequate kitchen ware. The furniture while cute is not very comfortable. We had a few maintenance issues but the owner was very quick to respond and repair when possible.

We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Cari's over Labor Day weekend and it was wonderful. The beach is not a bad walk, and the shady neighborhood makes it easier on a hot day. The area is perfect, and even on a holiday weekend that section of the beach was not as crowded as other sections we saw on our beach walks. The neighborhood pool was also very nice. Cari was very communicative and answered all questions promptly! Would recommend staying here.

We had a lovely time during our visit to Seagrove. The house was amazing and we certainly enjoyed our vacation.

Wonderful time at the sunshine cottage! We have four kids all under 8 and this was the perfect place to stay! Cari was very helpful and great at communicating. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Cottage. The location is excellent- an easy walk to the beach, even with two little kids. There are lots of stairs at the beach access but there is a nearby public access with a ramp available too. The community pools were clean and convenient. The house is very close to Seaside and the neighborhood is beautiful - lovely houses, big trees, and quiet even at peak season. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic Memorial Day Weekend holiday stay at Seagrove Beach. The owner was very communicative and the check in / check out process was easy and straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!

The property overall was very nice and accommodating for our stay. One thing I would’ve liked is a little more comfortable seating in the family area, but other than that no complaints. The beds were comfortable and we really liked the quiet location of the property away from traffic.

This place was exactly like you would expect it to be based off all the information given. Property Manager was easy to work with and was always available to answer any questions you might have.

We stayed for three nights the weekend before Thanksgiving and this cottage was perfect in every way! The cottage had really cute decor and was the perfect size for our family of four. Our little one particularly loved the bunk beds built into the closet - great feature and use of space. The layout was perfect and the cottage had everything you would need. It's a quick and scenic walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is quiet and so pretty! We will definitely be back!

.... and a great owner! Six of us stayed a long weekend at this sweet little cottage. While small, we never once tripped over one another. Killer location - right at a third of a mile from the water's edge and a mile or so from Seaside and Watercolor, but away from all the hubbub and couldn't have been more serene! But to top it all off, was Cari. She was a joy to work with and extremely responsive. Just be aware that you need to bring any and all consumables.

Sunshine Cottage is a charming cottage close to everything. It was decorated delightfully and was very comfortable for our large family. We enjoyed our stay!!! :)

This little house was perfect for the five of us. We used the kitchen and ate most of our meals in. Two full bathrooms were enough for us 5 getting ready. The beds were very comfortable. The decor is super cute! I especially loved how the porch was decorated, but wish it had been bigger for us to sit out on it. For us, the walk to the beach is 7-8 minutes. We didn't mind it and were able to walk with our chairs and umbrellas back and forth. All of the houses in this community are really attractive and we always felt that it wasn't too crowded. We would definitely come back here again!

This property is in a very quiet neighborhood, with great access to public beach parking across 30A, as well as close to the Seaside amphitheater. House was well maintained and had everything we needed. We had two adults and two kids but could have slept 4 more in the additional rooms and bunk beds. Neighborhood also had a great private pool and playground. Would definitely stay again.
