This property is really cool. Built in 1887, the building is really unique and it's right on the water. The view from our room was exceptional. We got to lay in bed and watch the sunrise. The room had everything you could ever need. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. The room was very ice and complete with every thing need for either a short or long stay. Parking was a little limited but manageable and the view from the room was great.

The only negative would.be lack of restaurants in the area with out a bit of travel but there are a couple of local pizza/ convenient.shops filled.the bill

The place was absolutely beautiful, the view was amazing. The owner was really easy to talk to and was very resourceful. The location is amazing if you want to get away and just be one with the quiet sounds of nature, it was beautiful to sit and watch the sunrises. I loved staying there and so did my family, there was nothing, but also everything that we needed. I like quiet, secluded and out of the way places, so this was perfect. This stay was very memorable to everyone who went in my trip and I absolutely just loved everything. I mostly loved just sitting and listening to the water.

There wasn't much to dislike. But! If you don't like out of the way places or quiet or you're expecting a restaurant or a bar, you aren't going to see that here, which is why I adore it so much. Now that I think about it, I wish that we could have stayed longer, that's my only complaint.

beautiful old historic building, owner has a wealth of knowledge about the building, town and area. Waterfront, you look out over the water with fishing boats.

Nothing, but we love old historical sites with lots of charm, this one has a bonus of a beautiful location.

great view and room was clean

the property is located next to the lobster fishing parking lot. didn’t know music could be so loud from truck sound systems. could not hear tv over the noise which continued until 11 pm then started up at 5 am. lobster men don’t talk they yell. area lacks restaurants.

the owner and staff went out of their way to make you feel like part of the family. the owner went out of his way to tell us every day where we’re good places to visit and see and how to get there.

Our stay was brief, however the view is beautiful; so nice to wake up to. Service was impeccable and very accommodating. The room is charming and thoughtfully decorated and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a delightful surprise of a find. We booked the hotel because the places we had been looking at were sold out, and we count ourselves fortunate that fate and opportunity pointed us in this direction. Would definitely return, and for a longer, relaxing stay. Great for families, and no doubt equally great for solo travelers.

Very convenient to the area we were interested in.

Property managers communication was excellent once we got connected. Air BNB system was a nuisance but the property manager was superb.

They were very accommodating. The facilites a clean and well furnishes and I woke up to a view of Alley Bay.

There was nothing I didn't like

Interesting setup, the check in is in a dentist’s office. The attic room is huge and has a great view.

Jonesport has no sit down restaurant, just a couple of takeout places, no place to sit and have a beer by the water

I like the area.

The room needs more improvement. Need to change fan/AC because it does not work. The bed has the bad wood color almost fall down. Need to remove. One window need the storm protection screen.

I was contacted as to when I would arrive and they were there to give me the keys and explain the hotel. The room was quaint and had every amenity that you could want. I liked the window viewing the harbor and the seating areas in the room. The room was also nicely decorated

I think the building itself needs to be upgraded. The building has a lot of unused potential. They have a lovely porch overlooking the harbor and it is not used. There is no main guest area. It would make a nice bed and breakfast. There is nothing in Jonesport, but most of the things you would see are within 30 minutes.

No breakfasts

Lovely old victorian building. Water Views good. Staff was very responsive—no issues there. Beds comfortable. Clean room and clean (squeaky) wood floors. Kitchen facilities in room—but no dishes, silverware etc. so cooking pretty impossible. There was also no kitchen sink. Think should be added so cooking facilities can be used. This is small community with few options for eating out. Bathroom sink had no storage and really too small to wash anything anyway. Bathroom really super tiny for such a lovely large room which technically could hold 5 people. That was disappointing. BUT OVERALL A GOOD STAY. WAY MORE PERSONAL THAN A LARGER HOTEL.

Awesome place on the Harbor

Had to climb two full staircases to get to the room .

Beautiful and scenic location right on a small harbor and surrounding bay. Historic building and setting in a small fishing village. The perfect costal Maine getaway! Dr. Yee, our host, was most accommodating and very informed about the history of the area and property! Dr. Yee went out of his way to provide us with items we left at home and also was helpful in setting up excursions about the area! I would rate the stay 5 out of 5! We will be back!

The views are amazing. The studio is a fun mix of antique and eclectic furnishings.

It sits right on the harbor.
