This would have gotten a 5 star rating but they have a roach problem in the kitchen. Great location, and the golf carts were the main seller for me.

It was a wonderful experience! The house was the perfect size for our family of 12. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. It was a very short drive to the beach, pool and Baytown. The golf carts were an excellent addition and were used daily. Once we learned our way around, we explored every day. The pool was right up the road from us and the kids loved it. We are eagerly looking forward to returning next year!

We booked this place specifically for the golf carts. When we arrived we were told that they had emailed me to let me know that I would need to pay 1000 deposit with a check. We never received an email..they claimed they sent several..and the post never mentions about additional fees for the golf cart..this is very shady. I won’t be booking ever again with this management company. The condo itself was lack luster..it wasn’t work the almost 6000 I paid for the week. We come twice a year to Miramar beach for the last 5 years..this was terrible!

Loved the house and location. But no 2nd golf cart and the first golf cart didn’t work very well. Promised small partial refund but didn’t receive. No Wi-Fi so no TV.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful and as advertised with the beautiful patios on both levels. The only issue was one of the golf carts didn’t work all week.

The check in process was very easy and it was great that we were able to access the information from our phones. The location is great for use of the pool and not far from the beach. When we rented the property we ended up choosing this property over another because of the 2 golf carts. Upon arrival we were told we only had 1 golf cart because the other was in the shop. That kind of put a hinderance on us getting around at the wharf and other areas. The central heat and hair didn’t seem to be enough to cool the whole house. Most nights we had to pull fans out because it would be 74 degrees in the house when going to bed. Overall we had a good stay! Communication with the property manager was easy and we usually got a response quickly.

We absolutely loved this house and location. The house had a perfect layout with little ones and it was literally just steps to the heated pool. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness and I had no complaints. We ate all our meals on the screened in porch while watching the wildlife. So peaceful and relaxing. The staff met all our expectations and were prompt and courteous. The only issue we had which had nothing to do with the house itself was the 6 seater golf cart had basically no power steering. I personally could not drive it and would consider it a hazard. Great Rental!

This is the perfect rental ! All bedrooms have their own bathroom . Great inside and outside dining areas . The two golf carts were a huge help in getting around to shopping , golf, beaches, wedding rehearsals, dining, and more! Everything was upgraded snd new! Decorations were fabulous ! Fantastic week!

Lack of communication with rental company before our stay regarding the new rules for use of golf carts which was very frustrating. Have to pay $500 extra for each then they reimburse you after your stay. Was not mentioned in vrbo listing at time. Home needs more bath and kitchen towels. No use of beach toys, umbrellas, and such which was disappointing. Two cockroaches in our bedroom running around. Then to top it off air conditioning never worked and was never fixed so we had to use box fans and the rental company put in two window ac units. Positive was great location, nice decor, and the two golf carts for use.

Loved the layout of this rental. Such beautiful decorations (I want to incorporate some into my own home now!). Loved how we each could have our own room. There were extra blankets in the closet which was helpful while the AC was going at night. I loved the dishware. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning. Overall, we loved our stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get around the resort! We rarely used our own vehicles and the kids loved how close to the pool we were. The house was lovely too loved the cozy decor and the kitchen was great for all the meals we cooked in for. The only complaint would be that one of the golf carts lights did not work and we reported it to maintenance, however our group was small enough to fit on the larger cart for our nights on the wharf. I will say Tina was amazing! Quick to respond and very helpful! We will definitely stay here again.

8872 Bay Pine is a beautiful home away from home. The decor and little touches throughout were awesome (Like blanket throws on the couches-we love our blankets). The community is awesome and golf cart travel was great. Having two golf carts allowed our group to split up with activities. The only issue we had was the bed in the upstairs bedroom. After two nights of terrible sleep and one night on the couch, we discovered, the mattress was great - however the frame was bent under the mattress creating a big middle sag in the mattress. We called Beyond Blue to get it fixed with two nights left -- we never heard from them and ended up moving the mattress to the floor to sleep. Overall it was a great experience. I just hope they fix the bed!

This was a tremendous property and beautifully decorated. It was right in the center of everything and the golf carts made it easy to enjoy. We can't recommend this beautiful property enough and will stay again.

The pictures are accurate. The location is perfect the home is nice, and we loved the screen in patio. The home has a nice overall look accept for a few simple cosmetic things. The one thing is the single bedroom on the main floor is not a queen it has to be a full size bed, so if that has changed from description that should be updated. Full size bed for a couple isn't very complimentary. The doors do not close in any of the single bedrooms. And although it didn't leak, above the kitchen island is a nice size water stain damage and sounds like water is coming through but since no leaking I can't tell. I would have the house sprayed for bugs because we saw one cockroach in the kitchen when we lefted out cooked bacon from that morning breakfast.
If those things were done we would stay again because it's a nice place, just a few cosmetic things. Overall nice place.

Although there were a couple hiccups during our stay the staff had it under control and a plan in action to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely rent here again. The ability to go literally anywhere on the golf cart was a added bonus! The beds and couch all were so comfortable and the washer and dryer on the main floor made it easy to keep the sand and ocean outside. Great location right down the street from the pool, marina, and cute little district.

Our family consisted of 3 adults, 2 children, and 2 senior citizens. The entire point of our choice of property was based on that the property came with a golf cart for my senior citizen (75&79yo) parents who are both handicapped and scheduled for knee replacement surgery and can barely walk.
We were not notified until exactly the time of check in that our golf cart was broken, and that nothing could be done about it. Even after explaining our circumstances, we felt like it was not a priority and just treated like "oh well, sucks to be yall". Very unprofessionally handled as property managers. Will never stay with them again. A very small refund of $35/day was offered to make up for a ruined vacation. And still have not received said refund.
