Place was infested with pests (flies, cockroach, ants, lizards). No housekeeping.... dusty blankets, dirty linens and pillow covers, towels are given only if asked.

When I book online i choose check-in time at 9:00 to 10:00 am. I reach there at 10:30 the hotel manager demanded extra money telling that you have to wait for 12:00 PM otherwise pay 400 extra I have already paid half amount of my two day stay. My money was stucked after long negotiations he was ready to accept 200 extra. After that he allotted a room which bed is so uncomfortable that i rarely slept at night.

Booking.com has a lot of false information: - the address is wrong on the site - no room has twin queen beds as advertized - breakfast shown included in the receipt was not honored by the property or Oyo No way it was a 3 start property as claimed, it was very dirty & without elevators. Linens were all stained, facilities were all dirty.

On the name of breakfast, only bread and tea was there. Not up to mark.
