Inside showers there's no place to put soap when showering

ALL TELEVISIONS ARE NOT WORKING FOR OVER 3 WEEKS NOW

No white towels , bit worn out n no TV

The bathroom is big and beautiful but no towels and no soaps nothing.

I didn't like the bedroom carpets, and the beds are uncomfortable and the bedding is old and doesnt look decent

We did not have breakfast. The room was spacious. And we were safe.

The room had 2 single beds instead of one double bed. The water in the shower was warm to cold. We had to call in order to access whereas there is an intercom outside.

The area

The TV was not working, fridge was too small, the was no sink to was hands etc.

The location of the place was great

False advertising, things that were advertised was not working or missing, and staff was slow to do anything to fix it

Dirty smelly like wet carpet smell right thew No TV were working in the 4 rooms we went threw No WI fi working Fridge not working room 9 Beds worn out Bedding burned an holes One room had dirty bedding when I complaint they said it was because there is no water there were cum shots on the pillow disgusting I did bring water to flash the toilet The 4 rooms we stayed in all share 1 full bathroom and one full shower No cutlery in some of the rooms They keep on moving you room to room according to the calender as per security Guy Happy (I booked daily) No remote for TV.... TV don't work as they did not pay dstv only dstv add on whole time The place is not all like the pics on booking.com You don't gete a remote for the gate you must wait for the security to open this can take very long When you complaint you get told by the security not to rebook there he runs the show his way don't know who is the owner but when I checked out 3 other people also checked out not happy This place also don't have enough parking

The photos on the booking site didn't match reality at all.. and certain amenities didn't work e'g' the fridge. The host ignored us completely when we tried to phone her to complain. We turned around and left the place, very disappointed.. and there were 4 other guests that did the same. They had even more complaints than us, for example their DsTV didn't work and their rooms were not clean.

Very dirty, place is stinking. Bedding and mat are burned and dirty. Not safe. Fridge and oven are very dirty. Place is disgusting. 🤮🤢🤮🤢 Staff is not helpful. Blinds are broken. The pictures on the website are very old, not how they look, nothing like they look now. Waste of money.

The bathroom was okay .

I requested a queen room only to get two single beds. The receptionist did not attend to my needs. Their phones never go through. The sheets had bugs. The beds we very stiff, I woke up very tired The rooms we very hot

Top notch security and parking, adequate space of the room, clean bathroom and very welcoming staff

Dust capturing floor mat, food remains in lockers by previous guests..

Nothing, the pictures on the website is nothing in real life, unacceptable. We did not even sleep their, was so shocking and disgusting. They can just refund my money.

Dirty, furniture not even in the rooms, no towels, no microwave, no cutlery, no was blanket. Carpet is very dirty and smells.

It's a peaceful place for peace.

Everything is filthy, everything. The smell also😳. It was really discussing. I couldn’t survive even 2 h there and I left.

The property is a nestled in a quiet enclosed neighborhood, which gives you peace of mind and quietness.

However the property lacked basic amenities such as towels. The sheets and blankets are not really of standard. The viewing options are also limited to DSTV with all channels. I think we needed Netflix or any other streaming service

Poor communication with the host , when we wanted to live in the morning the host was no where to be found to open the gate for us.Basically when you get to the guest house you expected to figure things out for yourself. However the room was up to expectation but there is room for improvement.
