La habitación es muy completa,tiene heladera con freezer,microondas,placas eléctricas y vajilla completa para cuatro personas
En realidad hubo un inconveniente (se disparó la alarma contra incendios a las 05:30am),pero no creo que haya sido por un problema del hotel

Café da manhã excelente! Tudo feito na hora e fresquinho! Estacionamento grátis, Wi-Fi ótimo! Quartos limpos e confortáveis.

Convenient location. Clean. Staff friendly and down to earth. Room is a perfect size. The 4th floor is great for light sleepers.

The room was amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were delicious.
I was really bummed out that there wasn't a jacuzzi in the pool area. I had been looking forward to that option. The beds, while comfortable, seemed smaller than a queen size.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was awesome. The gym was nice too!
The air unit didn't have a constant fan option. I suggest bringing your own fan if you need to sleep with fan noise.

Was perfect as always though didn’t have pillow cases for the sofa bed but that’s so minor an easily can get

Location, breakfast and the overall entrance experience along with the staff were wonderful
The bathroom door wouldn’t lock but that was minor just had my kid sliding it back and forth other than that some areas needed cleaning in the room as well as the glass shower door wouldn’t open an stay just kept closing

I loved the area it was in and the layout of the actual room was so nice. It was small and very comfortable
We had some problems with our toilet, the blinds and some of the outlets didn’t work but I think the toilet was the most annoying problem

Hotel and staff was great but we had someone staying in a room beside us who was snoring all night and was super loud and another close room had a dog that barked constantly. Definitely wasn’t the quiet and relaxing stay I was hoping for.

Room was mostly nice but pull out table casters were broken leaving table mostly unusable. Breakfast was noisy, crowded, and gluten free option was difficult to coordinate.

Pool way too small. We couldn’t even use it with all the screaming kids. If it was bigger we might have been able to stay in one area.
